Lo shopping in centro è a circa 1,5 - 2 miglia di distanza. Il parco dei cani si trova a circa 1 miglio da casa nostra.
Il livello principale (primo piano) ha una camera familiare, sala da pranzo, cucina, ripostiglio, 2 box auto, 1/2 bagno, camera matrimoniale e bagno padronale. Al piano superiore ha 3 camere da letto e un bagno completo. La casa dispone di 2 camere da letto con letti matrimoniali (1 al piano inferiore e 1 al piano superiore), 1 camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale (al piano superiore) e 1 camera da letto con un letto a castello a due letti (al piano superiore). Tutte le camere sono dotate di TV. Abbiamo anche una culla da viaggio a casa se ne hai bisogno. Tuttavia, la nostra casa NON è a prova di bambino !!
Abbiamo anche una piccola scrivania al piano di sotto e internet wireless per quelli di voi che hanno ancora bisogno di lavorare un po 'o controllare la posta elettronica durante le vacanze. We stayed at this property for a family Christmas Vacation. It was everything I imagined it would be! My kids loved being tucked away in the mountains for an official White Christmas. Easy check in. The house was clean and beautiful and the best part we were able to have our dogs with us. Thanks for the stay and amazing memories we made!

We had a wonderful experience renting at Estes Park. The house is roomy, well laid out, and comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful and downtown Estes is not too far of a drive. Kris was welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property!

The house was beautifully set on a golf course in Estes Park, CO. The elk were in the rut and we spent hours enjoying their antics from our front row seat. 5 minutes from downtown and ten minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. It was a wonderful two weeks. Perfect!

We loved staying in your home! Watching the countless elk and deer was an amazing plus to our stay. Everyone was so comfortable and talked about going back sometime! Nice neighbors. Loved the food recommendations, too! Great stay in a fun town!

Second time staying here. We are golfers and love that we can sit on front porch and view the golfers. The kitchen is great,has all you need. We cooked for each other all 5 nights. We have our fur babies and it’s ideal cause there is a fenced in yard. Plenty of room in living room for 7 of us to sprawl out and watch TV. Like that there is a tv in every bedroom too. We’ll be back! Thank you Kris!

Wonderful home and location. Property was as advertised and the host (Kris) was great. We look forward to returning next summer. House was very comfortable with plenty of seating. Elk was plentiful each morning and afternoon. Very quiet area that overlooks the 17th green of the golf course. Extra refrigerator in the garage was a nice amenity.

Nice home on quiet street with a great view of the golf course and mountains along with deer and elk most evenings and mornings. One full bath upstairs for 3 bedrooms is only weakness depending on how many are staying.

We stayed here for two weeks in the beginning of June. The house is pretty big and sits near the end of a quiet street right by the golf course. There are great views from the front patio and we saw elk on a daily basis. Booking the place was very easy and the owners are very quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our recent stay here. We found the place to be comfortable and convenient to many things. The neighborhood was quiet and the Elk and deer on and around the golf course were fun to watch.

Very well supplied/equipped as to facilities, supplies, conveniences, location, Wild life abundant daily. Warm environment all around Host responded immediately to any questions or concerns. Felt like "Home Away from Home". Fenced back yard was enjoyed by our girls. We will surely be back. Thanks Kris...:)

The house or right next to the golf course and is almost always crawling with wildlife. From Elk to Mule Deer to Turkeys in the fore-ground to the beautiful Rocky Mountains in the background there’s always something to look at. The house is exactly as described and pictured. It could use some updates to the exterior and outdoor spaces but with the winter elements I’m sure the house takes a beating. Inside the house is warm and comfy but could use a deep clean from top to bottom. We would definitely stay here again!!

With a little updating this could be a 5 star rating, but one major drawback was no screen on the slider next to kitchen. With no air conditioning, it's important to be able to open that slider for fresh air.
Definitely set up for families with dogs.
Upstairs screen is missing in room for kids with bunk beds. Holes in screens in other rooms.
Outdated Shag carpet should be replaced sooner than later.
Lights in kitchen flickered like there is something wrong with the wiring.
The Pros:
Great communication with host Kris, if you need anything.
Water pressure was wonderful and hot water is abundant.
4 bedrooms, perfect for large families.
Washer and dryer worked well, and kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home.
Garage available for two small cars, (our truck wouldn't fit
but we were able to park in driveway)
This home has an amazing location right on the golf course where Elk and Deer were seen every day. We even saw about 20 Wild Turkeys on the golf course!
Location is close to town and activities.

We stayed in this unit because we were participating in the Estes Park Scottish festival. A convenient location to the festival. A comfortable place where to relax at night. It was like staying in a relatives home....fantastic.

This property on the Estes Park golf course is the best. The house was very clean and well stocked for cooking. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Our family had a wonderful visit to Estes Park. This house provided us the perfect base to center all our activities for a week of fun and relaxation. The house had plenty of room for the eight of us and was just a ‘comfortable’ place to stay. It was obvious that Kris had put a lot of thought in preparing for guests. It really felt like home by the end of the week.
Plus. the view of the mountains and all the wildlife seen right outside the house was awesome. The Elk made regular visits throughout the week. The front patio was the perfect place to start and end each day.

This Estes Park house was the perfect vacation spot. The house was centrally located with access to various routes to town and the park. The house is perfect for multiple generations with lots of rooms and living space. The house has a beautiful view of the mountains and the golf course which our family enjoyed while sitting on the patio. The kitchen was well stocked and the extra fridge in the garage was nice for drinks. There was no air conditioning but plenty of fans were provided for a couple of extra warm days. We really enjoyed our stay and the house was a great retreat after a day of hiking in the mountains.

Doesn’t use Vebo app so must read 5 page email if instructions with bold and red text - first red flag. House was dirty and spills still on counter. Vacuum ineffective. Went out to buy a mop and vacuum - disgusting what came up. Bed spread had spills. Throw rugs not washed- tacky and matted. Side yard to grill was basic and front furniture missing some back cushions. Advertising g booking direct and avoid Vrbo fees for next time. That won’t happen. Called owners once who was condescending. Didn’t contact again. Great location. Treated like a cash machine for the owner. - cabinet and drawers dirty and tacky.

This home was perfect for my family of 7! Very comfortable, clean, and elk walked past the property every evening! Property owner responded quickly when we had a simple question. I highly recommend this location and we will stay here again!

Very clean and well set up location. One note if you have an SUV it might be tight in the garage. I used the drive way and that worked fine. Everything you needed in kitchen and dining area. Also the kennel is big for two medium pups. Great stay will used again

The owners were easily accessible as we are TV remote challenged in unfamiliar homes and they answered on the second ring to help get us settled in. The second day we stayed it was rainy and snowy in the afternoon and late day so we just enjoyed staying in by the fireplace and watching the snow. We saw elk and deer each day as they ambled by the house. I also saw an eagle each day hunting at Lake Estes on my morning donut run. Everything was clean, it was well stocked, and felt like a home we would be living in while we were there. Fenced yard for our golden retriever and having a garage to park in were pluses. A great stay, we will be back!

Nice house right by the 17th green on the 18 hole golf course. 4 bedrooms made it comfy for our family of 8 and our mini Aussie enjoyed it as well. The extra fridge in the garage was greatly appreciated. Really cool to see the elk in the yard and on the course every day. Thanks Kris
