Situata nelle Beach Villas di Ko Olina, all'interno del resort Ko Marina e del porticciolo turistico, questa rilassante villa di 2 camere da letto di 1.200 m² con vista sulle montagne e sull'oceano è totalmente esclusiva. Wolf, Bosch e elettrodomestici sotto zero nella grande cucina completamente attrezzata progettata da Roy Yamaguichi dei ristoranti di Roy.
Le porte in vetro tascabile collegano l'ampia e spaziosa sala con un lanai altrettanto spazioso e, quando aperto, offre un luogo perfetto per intrattenere famiglia e demoni. Il massimo della vita indoor / outdoor.
Campo da golf di classe PGA con ristorante Roys nella club house, resort per vacanze Four Season con spa e ristoranti e un porto turistico a servizio completo con vela, snorkeling e crociere al tramonto sono tutti a 5 minuti a piedi lungo la passerella della laguna.
Tartarughe e pesci nella laguna adatta ai bambini adiacente alla proprietà perfetta per lo snorkeling sicuro.
TV widescreen con audio surround in una grande sala e TV widescreen in ogni camera da letto con porte per iPod. Bar maitai a forma di capanna Tiki situato all'estremità della spiaggia di ville con vista sulla spiaggia e sul tramonto.

Thanks to kind hearted Shane who ended up parking our car for us once we finally figured out which spot was ours. Sorry, but we were complete zombies after a long day of travel and couldn't think straight! Had a great time in a very lovely unit. Couldn't quite figure out the light switches & dimmers, seemed like it was different everyday, but that was probably our failing. Would love to stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed. Even though the balcony overlooks a small parking lot, the view is terrific. Bedrooms are very comfortable, although the second bedroom beds are smaller than they appear in the photographs. Our fifth guest slept on the fold-out couch/bed in the living area and was quite comfortable. Bathrooms are very spacious and nice.The area is good. Fabulous beach walks along the lagoons, and although it is popular it was never crowded. No problem finding a beach spot with excellent protected swimming areas. The facility pools and bar area are also really nice with friendly service. The grounds are beautiful and very well landscaped.There are several decent restaurants within short walking distance. Snacks only are available at the bar area.Small improvements could be a deep clean and upgraded household linens and towels as they’re starting to look worn, but overall the apartment is great.

Wonderful condo, very clean and spacious and the facilities were great and everyone there was so kind. Check in and out were a breeze and the condo is well stocked with basic essentials which is much appreciated. The kitchen was also really great with everything we needed. We spent most of our time on the beach and it was also very clean, quiet and relaxing and such a fantastic stay.

Overall we liked our 3 week stay at this vacation rental, but there are a few things that could have been better.
The Good:
The location is great. If you're staying in Ko Olina you really want to be on the lagoon. Every day we watched lines of people waiting for one of the few parking spots.
I loved the lagoons! This is a great area w lovely, safe uncrowded beaches, and great places to walk. The property managers are both lovely, helpful people. The pools and hot tubs were fabulous.
The Bad (that may be too strong of a word lol):
The photos don't really show the view, but you are on the second floor above the parking lot. Luckily the block across the street is empty field, so it still felt fairly private.
No screens on the patio or windows. The style is to open completely, but then we had flies and even a gecko in the apartment. There are also some very aggresive birds that I am sure would have come inside if we had given them a chance.
The AC works, but it was not very even. Ice cold for a while, then off completely (without us adjusting anything).
All the frying pans were losing teflon, so I bought a new GreenPan. We also had to buy plastic storage containers, bag clips, otherwise nothing for leftovers.
None of the TVs are Smart TVs. I think this has come up with other renters, as they had a 26in one to loan us, but we solved it by buying a Roku device at Walmart. I would expand on some things but running out of space! Bottom line: I would stay here again.
