Situato in una tenuta di 8 acri, questa villa per 4 ha un bruciatore multicombustibile e un facile accesso a Dunkeld .. Situata all'interno della tenuta di Dalbeathie, a soli 2 chilometri a est della storica città di Dunkeld, questa villa ristrutturata e indipendente con giardino offre una vacanza ideale per esplorare le isolate Highlands centrali. La tenuta di 8 acri si trova in alto sopra le rive settentrionali del fiume Tay ed è circondata da prati, frutteti, prati, un prato da bowling sommerso e boschi maturi della tenuta. Le porte si aprono sulla Murthy Estate, dove gli ospiti hanno accesso diretto alla riva del fiume. Il villaggio di Dunkeld è una delle gemme nascoste del Perthshire, con ristoranti, pub e negozi (2½ miglia). Ampio soggiorno con bruciatore multi-combustibile. The cottage is in a lovely setting with full access to the owners grounds.
Accepting the age of the cottage, the decor and some furnishings were, however, looking rather tired which prompted the value for money score.
The location of the cottage suited us perfectly with lovely walks along the river Tay to be had, accessed through the grounds or the adjoining lane.

Absolutely gorgeous cottage. Beautifully presented and equipped with real quality throughout. Wonderful location with access to the Tay through spendid woodland without going near a road, with raptors calling through the trees, and all the amenities of Dunkeld and surrounds at your fingertips. The only slight disappointment was the absence of a safe route into town for kids and bikes (which involves 3km on a fast country road). A small point, though, that didn't detract from a lovely family holiday. The best self-catering cottage we've found, by some margin. Well done!

Amazing well maintained cottage set in beautifully kept grounds and only ten minute walk from the river would highly recommed this cottage it is so peaceful .

Dalbeathie met our holiday needs perfectly. It is well extremely well equipped and comfortable. We received a kind and generous welcome pack from the Morison's and they were always available and ready to deal with any matters.There are lovely walks straight from the front door through beautiful woodlands and along the banks of the River Tay. While we were there we had visitors and they were most impressed by the cottage and its lovely surroundings.We would recommend it highly.
