Situato sulle dune della bellissima spiaggia privata di sabbia bianca. Vista a 180 gradi sull'oceano. Luminoso e allegro, accogliente cottage con due camere da letto (cinque posti letto) si trova sulla duna lungo il nostro splendido tratto di spiaggia bianca sabbiosa privata. Perfetto per nuotare, prendere il sole, andare in barca, paddle boarding, vela e pesca. Disponibili noleggi mensili di paddle board. Dimentica la guida o le escursioni in spiaggia. Questa casa si trova sulla tua perfetta spiaggia di sabbia soffice bianca nella splendida costa del Rhode Island. Metti via le chiavi della macchina. Non lascerai mai questo posto. Situata a un paio di centinaia di metri dal faro di Point Judith, questa struttura si trova su un punto con ampie vedute di Block Island, Narragansett Bay e, naturalmente, del bellissimo faro. Questo è perfetto per bambini e adulti. Grande doccia esterna calda e fredda con vista sull'oceano. Situato all'interno della diga oceanica, consente di nuotare in acque calme o accedere direttamente all'oceano aperto. La tua scelta. Prezzo più basso nello stato per una posizione fronte mare. Questo non è solo lungomare, è fronte mare. (prezzi più bassi durante la bassa stagione)

My wife and I rented this beach bungalow for 2 months. We were at the edge of the beach, but with privacy and a view that simply couldn't be beaten. Sunsets were the best we've ever seen on a regular basis, and the Gastel's are now likely to be friends forever. To put it simply, we had a great time.

My wife and I stayed at Susan and Jonathan's lovely little beach house in September. The beach house is located in a beautiful little gated community. Many of the houses are close together but this gem was located at the end right next to the beach so we had total privacy! The walk to the beach was less than a minute and you have an ocean view right from the deck. The lighthouse is close nearby and there is a gorgeous overlook to watch the sunrise/sunset from. The house itself was well-equipped with the necessities (bring your own beach towels but that's no biggie) and very cute. We had a couple of friends stay with us one night during our stay and there was more than enough sleeping space between the bedroom, twin, and pullout futon. Susan was extremely accommodating, always making sure to check in to see if we needed anything while at the same time providing us with our privacy. It really was a great escape and truly a little piece of paradise!

Perfect location. The house made a cozy home for us while we were in town. Our family loved it. Kids spent every second they could taking walks along the shore & exploring the area. Definitely will be back!

The cottage is in a lovely gated community right on the beach. One of the amenities of the cottage was air conditioning. It only had one air conditioner on the floor of one of the bedrooms which was in the way of getting into bed. My husband has COPD so unfortunately we could not stay there. Our 3 adult children and their friends enjoyed the place. They did a lot of swimming, fishing off the jetty and kayaking. And we enjoyed spending many days there. The owners were very nice and accommodating. They did install a new window air conditioner in the bedroom the second week.
