This was our first VRBO experience and we were pleased to find everything to be exactly as pictured and described in the listing. We loved this condo in Bonita Bay! Robyn was extremely responsive and helpful with answering any questions we had. The grounds of the Wild Pines are beautiful and Bonita Bay has tons of walking and biking trails. We found the Beach Shuttle (runs during peak season) to be easy and convenient. The Wild Pines is within walking distance of The Promenade where there are lots of dining options. We look forward to staying here again!

Super clean condo with every amenity you will need for a great stay. Beautiful landscaping. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by. Perfect stay! Definitely would recommend to anyone and we hope to visit again.

The condo was very clean and had a binder with rules and how the shuttle runs to beach etc. It also had info on restaurants, site seeing, water sports etc. Smart TV had tons of channels and a tv in each bedroom. Loved sitting on lanai each morning and evening enjoying coffee and cocktails. Highly recommend this condo.

Myself (57), Mom (88) and 2 nieces (23,19) stayed for five nights. The condo is just as shown and described. Host is available and condo is well stocked. Location was great. Right in middle of everything we wanted. Will definitely use again if available. None of us had any complaints. Everything was just a breeze.

This is the nicest place my family and I have ever stayed on our many trips to Florida. The location offers so many opportunities - we enjoyed the Edison-Ford Estate, the Corkscrew Swamp Nature Preserve, shelling and dining on Sanibel, the Bonita Bay Beach, nearby shopping, tennis, biking, lounging by the pool, and fishing in the pond right outside the condo. We had a busy and fun week! The unit is beautifully furnished and maintained and Robyn is an organized and efficient owner. Our entire experience gets an A+!

We were so concerned for Bonita Springs when Hurricane Ian hit. There was no damage in Wild Pines though, and our February was still as lovely as before. No access to many of the beaches so we tried a few new adventures such as shelling by boat from Marco Island and air boating in the Everglades. Will look forward to next year and dinners at Flippers and returning to the Bonita Bay beach area. Coconut Jack’s was open just in time for our visit. We are so comfortable in this condo with its beautiful screened patio. Robyn is a great hostess and has provided everything we could possibly need.

We had a nice relaxing time at the condo. Very clean and easy to access / check-in. There is a lot to do within the community and nearby. Our teen and tween were entertained - plenty for all of us to enjoy.

Thank you for a wonderful visit back to Wild Pines. Your home is immaculate, all items we could ever need from towels to pillows to extra toiletries; are available. And the great size bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family of four. But our favorite part is the beautiful screened in porch with the peaceful view of the landscaping and lake. This place was great. It was the easiest beach vacation our family has taken. Everything we needed was provided by the owner of the property (towels, floats, toys, cooler...) Perfect for those that are flying. The private beach was perfect. No crowds, quite and clean. Plus chairs and umbrellas already set up. Before we even left the kids were asking if we could come back and stay there again. This place not only had everything for a great beach day, but was fully stocked from the kitchen to bedding and bath needs. Thank you so much for making this trip so smooth and wonderful!!!

We had a great time in Robyn's condo. Everything was as advertised, super clean and spacious. The living room and lania area overlooking the lake are beautiful for relaxing. We made use of the free kayaks, pool and private beach, all great memories. Just a great place and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Robyn is also a first class host and responds to queries super quick, she recommended Flippers for lunch and we loved it there. Thanks again Robyn!

Robyn’s condo in Bonita Bay is incredible! We have stayed 5 times so far and cannot wait to plan our next trip. The condo is spotless and well stocked. The private beach is magical. I can’t say enough great things about Robyn or her condo. A must stay!!!

Everything we needed
The condo was perfect for what we needed, visiting family in Bonita Bay. It was very comfortable and spacious and has a very well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Robyn was really helpful and accommodating. There is parking outside and also parking available at the beach club, which we are allowed to use. In short, it was great.

Wonderful property in a fantastic location
I had 100% confidence in booking with Robyn following the quick refund we received in 2020 when we had to cancel due to the pandemic, and it was reassuring to have such an excellent cancellation policy in place. The apartment was as pictured and was clean and extremely comfortable. It was very well stocked which was fantastic for a self catering holiday, a definite plus. We pretty much spent our entire time out in the lanai looking out over the lake, watching and listening to all of the wildlife. We made regular use of the bikes and cycled all over Bonita Bay which is much larger than we expected, and all immaculate. The park areas are superb, all with waterfront views, picnic tables and activities. We made use of the kayaks on 3 occasions, an absolute must, and we saw dolphins and manatee in an absolutely stunning location. The beach was lovely and easy to access with plenty of parking when we visited. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again if holidaying in Florida. Robyn kept in touch and was easily available to contact if there were any issues at the apartment (which there weren't). Thank you Robyn for being a great host and allowing us to experience the fantastic Bonita Bay.

I sat in the screen porch every morning, drinking my coffee, reading my books and listening to the birds!
Saw a cute little alligator and a lot of sweet bunnies!
Robyn was amazing and if I had any questions, she responded quickly!
I highly recommend this location, you will not be disappointed!

More than expected!
The condo was clean and just as advertised. If anything, I’d say I didn’t realize how nice the patio was going to be. Spacious and just lovely. What was really surprising was all of the FREE amenities available. Some of the things we took advantage of during our short stay include, Kayaking (a must…we saw manatees and other kayakers saw dolphins) bike riding (supplied by our host…we rode to Backwater Jacks inside Bonita Bay and had an appetizer and cocktails) and the private pool. We also took advantage of the private beach, which was awesome. Private chairs and umbrellas available. Food and beverage available at the beach and a short walk down the the beach to other restaurants. Many other amenities we wish we had time to get to including tennis, bocce ball, & pickle ball. Perfect for a larger family/group where people might have different daily plans or interests. Our hosts were responsive, however, the binder provided at the property had so much info…that we didn’t really need to communicate with our host at all. Overall, awesome stay and hope to be back.

Wonderful Wild Pines Retreat!
A wonderful February away from the cold North! Spacious and airy with wrap around screened porch. Enjoyed lake view w/ turtles, egrets, and herons in pine trees right in front of condo. Very nicely decorated with recent updates. Kitchen well-stocked with everything we needed. Nice walk to Saturday Farmers Market at the Promenade. Highly recommend lump crab cakes available for cooking at home from Chef Sebastian Mazzotta. We enjoyed them 3 times! Really appreciated shuttle to private Bonita Bay beach with umbrellas and chairs waiting for us. Robyn made sure we had everything we needed including gate passes for 3 different friends who visited while we were there. We were so lucky to have found such a responsive owner and wonderful place to stay. Looking forward to returning for years to come!

Great Place!
Once again we had a wonderful stay at this condo! Robyn has thought of everything and is so great to work with. We all really enjoyed the new bikes and all that the beautiful property has to offer. Can’t wait to come back next year!
