Affacciato su un torrente di marea al largo del fiume Fowey, Watercolor Cottage offre l'ambiente ideale per una vacanza rilassante in una zona incontaminata della Cornovaglia. . 6 gradini per l'ingresso. Piano terra: soggiorno / sala da pranzo. 4 gradini fino alla cucina / sala per la colazione. Bagno con doccia e vasca e servizi igienici. Primo piano: 2 camere da letto: 1 matrimoniale, 1 doppia .. Riscaldamento centralizzato parziale della caldaia posteriore Baxi in soggiorno (carburante incluso novembre - marzo). Elettricità, stufe elettriche parziali (sotto il pavimento del bagno), NSH parziale, lenzuola e asciugamani inclusi. Culla. DVD. Microonde. Lavatrice. Wi-Fi. Mobili da giardino. Parcheggio, 30 metri, foc. Strutture di lancio del battello pneumatico. Vietato fumare.. Lerryn è uno dei pochi villaggi fluviali interni incontaminati rimasti e molto belli in Cornovaglia. L'acquerello Cottage si affaccia su un'insenatura di marea al largo del fiume Fowey (vedi foto). Questa casa per le vacanze molto attraente offre una base confortevole in una parte deliziosa della Cornovaglia, a soli 20 metri dalla locanda e dal negozio del villaggio. Lostwithiel 4 miglia e la pittoresca città di Fowey si trova a 5 miglia con il traghetto per auto. The Eden Project 10 miglia. La bellissima costa tra Polperro e Polruan 10 minuti in auto. Il noleggio di kayak può essere trovato localmente. Negozio 20 yarde, pub (con wi-fi) 25 yarde.

Lovely cosy cottage, great memories we made. It was a very deserved break for our family to close a difficult year. We stayed from 29th Dec until 3rd Jan 2021 and we came back full of batteries and with the nice feeling of having spent quality time with the family. Great walks with the dog in the nearby Ethy Woods, enjoyed very much with the fireplace and kids loved to rosted marshmellows :-). The town is very quiet so nights are greatfully peacefull. Thank you!

Lovely cosy cottage in a stunning location, perfect for a relaxing get away and a good base to explore Cornwall.
We stayed during COVID and found the cottage very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Great little village with friendly locals, pub and shop just a few yards away. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Fabulous location, very picturesque. Had interesting time with spring high tide coming just upto first step of cottage - the house being much higher and at no risk. Had to park the car slightly up the slope opposite and all was fine. Shame no welcome pack was provided. Kitchen equipment was limited (due to Covid 19 cleaning restrictions) but just adequate, Frying pan was tiny - only big enough for two eggs at a time. Electric cooker took some getting used to (I prefer gas hobs). Beds were comfortable and clean. House backs onto lane and pub dining room opposite. Good food and good value in the pub (Ship Inn). Roads to village are mainly single track so watch for traffic. Road and river outside house was usually quiet (apart from the ducks!). Off the beaten track for most tourists and thus relatively unspoilt.
