Immerso in Dillon, questo delizioso condominio a 156 € per notte è un eccellente opzione per il tuo prossimoviaggio. Proprio come a casa in questo completamente ristrutturato una camera da letto / una unità bagno con tutti i nuovi infissi, elettrodomestici, illuminazione e pavimentazione. La vista dal soggiorno e grande ponte del lago Dillon Marina, Buffalo Mountain e il Ten Mile gamma sono mozzafiato. Altre caratteristiche includono un camino a legna, collezione di DVD, di alta qualità del sistema audio stereo, TV a schermo piatto in soggiorno e camera da letto. La camera da letto dispone di un letto queen size pillow top con abbondanza di cassetti e armadio, e lavandino separato e vanità. Questa unità può ospitare comodamente 4 veramente. Basta far scorrere la schermata pannello completo attraverso il soggiorno di creare una seconda camera da letto con un divano letto queen size divano con i vantaggi della TV, stereo, camino e una splendida vista. Sul ponte troverete un sacco di legna da ardere e un grill a gas. C'è una grande vasca idromassaggio all'aperto, sauna interna, docce e tavolo da biliardo nella clubhouse a pochi passi dal gruppo. East Bay dispone anche di garage coperto.

We needed an affordable place close to Keystone and within reasonable distance of Vail. This was perfect. My son (20) found the couch a very comfy place to sleep, I enjoyed the bedroom, we had separate TVs, everything worked, was clean, well-stocked. Ten minute drive to slopes and exactly as described.

The condo provided all we needed for our Christmas celebration and ski trip. It's small and cute with well supplied kitchen and amazing views to the lake marina. It was warm inside when outdoor temperatures were in the -2F. The only missing was a second pair of linen s

The condo location is wonderful, the photos don't do it justice. The kitchen had a few items like spices, etc and filtered water in fridge so you didn't have to buy at store, greatly appreciated. Wonderful view from kichen, living room and deck overlooking Lake Dillon. Lots of trails nearby

The place was very nice. Appointed well enough, beautiful view of the reservoir. The gripe, the owner told me told two weeks in advance that the hot tub was broken and might be fixed. Got there and a resident of the condo said that it had been broken all year and a special assessment had be issued she was compaining of it's cost, then I realized I had been duped.

Had a wonderful time, nice size unit for my wife and I. Would be a little tight with another couple.
Missed not having a workout room, TV in lounge would have been nice, also hot tub and sauna were not working when we were there in mid January 2023. Unit has very nice finishes older unit with new look 👍. We had a small rental SUV but if we had our suburban the parking under the building would not have worked.
Being older and retired not having an elevator was hard on us we were on the second floor.
Property was well supplied with towels, spices, utensils, dishes, etc. This is an annual trip for us and if it works out we will be going back there next year.

This was our first trip to Colorado and it was amazing!! The condo had everything we needed plus more! We LOVED the wood burning fire place. The location was so close to everything and easy to access. So glad we found this place. We look forward to next time. Thank you for a wonderful honeymoon!

Loved the scenery from the balcony. The condo was as listed and was well maintained. The location was easy to find and close to Keystone. If it’s this pretty in the winter, I can only imagine how pretty it is in the summer.

The place was perfect for our ski vacation to various resorts in the area. It was clean and as advertised and had plenty of cookware as we cooked most nights. highly recommend!!!

The host is so responsive. The unit is beautiful. Right on the lake with breathtaking views. I love the mirrored wall in the living room that expands the full mountain views from wherever you are in the kitchen and living area.
Wonderfully appointed with all the comforts of home. We had so much fun relaxing after hiking, playing games, and enjoying the fireplace and views!
Easy access to so many beautiful hikes, walks, restaurants, grocery, etc!
The way the living room closes off to make a separate bedroom is really nice too!

Paul's condo could not have been any more perfect for our stay. It was very clean, updated, and had all that we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, a great sound system for music, big TV, the linens were comfy, all the comforts of home! It even snowed some (June!) so we used the wood burning fireplace a few days, so nice! My husband is a foodie and loves to cook so we really enjoyed having the gas grill on the back porch....yes the back porch with the view of heaven! Amazing! I loved the separate sink & countertop that is in the bathroom as well, very convenient. We used the hot tub, the sauna and the pool table in the clubhouse, we felt like we were at a resort. The location is centrally located to all we needed but still hidden away and in a quiet area. A nice walk around the lake got us to the marina for our boating day. (TJ Maxx is just a few blocks away for those forgotten items of clothing or shoes ladies!) We visit Dillon/Keystone a lot and we will certainly be back, we just hope Paul's condo will be available because it'll be hard to beat!

We enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck and the ability to walk the beach or nearby paved trail.
We used the well equipped kitchen for most our meals.
