Tutti al piano terra: soggiorno / sala da pranzo / cucina con divano letto doppio (per la sistemazione flessibile) e pavimenti in pietra. 1 camera matrimoniale. Bagno con doccia e servizi igienici. . Riscaldamento a pavimento a gas, gas, elettricità, biancheria da letto e asciugamani inclusi. TV digitale terrestre. DVD. CD. Fornello a gas. Forno elettrico. Lavatrice. Frigo freezer. Terrazza e mobili. Barbecue. Motivi condivisi di 2 acri. Parcheggio (1 auto). Piscina all'aperto riscaldata in comune (11. 5m x 5. 5m, profondità 6m x 1m), aperta da giugno a settembre previo accordo con i proprietari. Vietato fumare. NB: accesso attraverso i motivi con passaggi. Stagni nei terreni .. Una base ideale per una vacanza in città o in campagna. Queste due case adiacenti, elegantemente presentate, con travi a vista, sono situate nel parco dei proprietari con vista su laghetti ornamentali, ma puoi prendere l'Eurostar da Ebbsfleet a soli 10 minuti di distanza per raggiungere Bruxelles o Parigi per pranzo! Godetevi passeggiate rurali a due passi dalla pittoresca valle del Darenth. In alternativa, recati a St Pancras e Stratford International per esplorare le gallerie d'arte, i ristoranti e i musei di Londra. Per la vendita al dettaglio fuori città, Bluewater - il secondo più grande centro commerciale nel Regno Unito - è solo a breve distanza. In alternativa, attraversare il Tamigi per visitare Lakeside che, insieme ai parchi di vendita al dettaglio, forma una delle più grandi aree commerciali in un'unica posizione in Europa. Il circuito automobilistico di Brands Hatch e la villa romana di Lullingstone si trovano nelle vicinanze e meritano una visita. The cottage was spotless,had everything we needed. The weather was hot, so the fan was a small welcome relief to help sleep. The grounds and pool are beautiful, and the owners very friendly and are there if you need them .

I loved being here. As it was the first time I had been overseas, this cottage really helped to make the trip memorable and comfy. The grounds surrounding the properties(as there are a few other cottages on the premises) are very well maintained and attractive. The property is far enough from the town where one feels quite secure leaving the door open for the cool weather to come in. The sound of the A2 nearby isn't a big deal. Just a bit of ambient noise that makes the serenity and peacefulness of the environs very appealing and relaxing. A couple of things to consider when renting this space. The picture in the ad shows two cottages in one building. That is to say, it's like a duplex. The hedge in between the two doors is where the big cottage is split into two. While this wasn't a dealbreaker, it should be made more clear. The heated floor was amazing. To the point that the windows were always left open to balance out the warmth the floor produced. The only downside to the floor is it's very smooth and slick, so coming out of the shower and walking into the bedroom was sometimes risky. There is no dryer, but only a washer. In lieu of a washer is a foldable drying rack. Not a dealbreaker, either, but this fact should be advertised. Finally, there is no wifi. This fact definitely needs to be advertised.
If you're going to use the kitchen, you'll need to purchase everything. There are dishes and utensils, cooking pots and pans, but no foodstuffs whatsoever to go with them. Not even salt. The same with the washer. If you're going to use it, you'll need to purchase detergent, fabric softener, bleach, whatever you may need. There was none.
Truly, this place is a getaway, and choosing this cottage helped cement my budding relationship with my girlfriend. The setting was pretty enough to make our meeting and being together the dream we had created for ourselves in one another's minds. I recommend staying here, but account for grocery shopping, and upping your data plan. If you plan on bringing a laptop for working or otherwise like I did, plan on having a power bank with pass through capabilities that can charge a laptop, or make room in your budget for uber, bus, train, and tube fare to get to a coffee shop or otherwise that has free wifi like I had to do.

Ein schönes Häuschen mit allem, was man für ein paar Tage benötigt!
Lage und Ausstattung sind super. Fußläufig zu Tankstelle, Restaurant und Supermarkt mit Bars. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Couch und Matratze dürften langsam erneuert werden, aber das nur am Rande.
Gerne wieder.
