Una casa per le vacanze arredata con gusto, ideale per la famiglia o un gruppo di amici, completa di area giochi per bambini e sala giochi. Tutti al piano terra: soggiorno con porte finestre. Questa bella e spaziosa casa al piano terra offre splendide viste panoramiche sulla campagna e verso il basso. Situato nel parco di un tranquillo sito di caravan nel delizioso villaggio di Newchurch che ha un pub rinomato e la famosa Garlic Farm leggermente più avanti. E 'l'ideale per le famiglie che desiderano godersi le numerose attrazioni turistiche che questa famosa isola offre, e ci sono anche super passeggiate a livello locale. La località balneare di Sandown, con il suo lungo tratto dorato di spiaggia sabbiosa, il molo e il lungomare è a circa cinque minuti di auto, con vari divertimenti tra cui trampolini, fun-rides, putting, minigolf, centro ricreativo con piscina coperta, lo zoo (dove Tiger Isle è stato girato), scivoli e molti caffè, bar, ristoranti e pub. Anche a breve distanza in auto ci sono case e giardini del National Trust e l'English Heritage Property; Osborne House, dove risiedeva la regina Vittoria, Ventnor Botanical Gardens, Mottistone Manor. Altri luoghi di interesse sono The Needles, Blackgang Chine, Donkey Sanctuary, Rosemary's vineyard, Havenstreet steam train, Shanklin Chine, Dinosaur Isle e Tapnell Farm Park. Ci sono molti villaggi pittoreschi con tetti di paglia, baie, baie e boschi da scoprire, così come passeggiate lungo miglia di costa del patrimonio. Negozio 2 miglia, pub 0. 5 miglia, ristorante 4 miglia.

Very well equipped house tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Can easily accommodate 2 families. Very large garden with roaming rabbits.Photographs don't do it justice.

We were a 4 generation family group so this bungalow provided plenty of space, rooms for us all and room for the baby to play. It is the original bungalow on a site that is now a camping and caravan site so has a small basic shop, lots of area info and a children's playground on site. The garden is just grass but is huge and isn't overlooked. There is a ball shute thing in the garden which was fun to play with. The pool table was fun too but there are a couple of holes in the baize and one cue was broken; the site manager taped it up but we all used the one unbroken cue. Nice large dining table but two of the chairs had their legs fitted on sideways so we left a note to say coz you sloped to the side and wobbled on those two! All three of the kitchen bar stools needed tightening as they all wobbled side to side. The kitchen is new but has an odd assortment of equipment eg only one chopping board but another was provided on asking the site manager. Two kettles; one didn't work and the other worked intermittently. Two new ones were immediately provided which was good also. There were only 11 forks but 32 spoons :) Some of the plates and glasses were dirty on arrival so we set to work and washed plates, bowls, glasses, pans, cutlery, ovenware etc that we would use - we find this often in accommodation where contract cleaners are used because they don't clean inside the kitchen cupboards and drawers. Also, the non slip mat in the shower hadn't been lifted in a long while, there was mould and scum on the underside along with long black hairs as was the drain :( When we arrived, there was a terrible rotting cabbage smell and it was traced to the dishwasher being full of stagnant water and blocked trap. The site manager came immediately with his plunger and sorted the problem. We ran the dishwasher a couple of times and bought dishwasher cleaner at the supermarket and ran that cycle too so we could use it thereafter and the smell dissipated. After saying all this, the site managers were great but they don't clean the cottage. The space is great for a large family. It is located fairly central for getting out and about in East Wight. It was warm, nicely furnished and the beds were comfy but the pillows were lumpy but you can't please everyone with a pillow! With a little TLC, this place could be great.

Great holiday cottage, clean and well cared for. Huge space and the games room kept everyone amused. We had lots of rain so this was a bonus! Well equipped and comfortable, we would definitely stay again.

Lovely bungalow very spacious great site very helpful staff . Good position for touring east Wight
Only niggle was garden wasn’t secure for dog . Personal gripe . Looking forward to booking again well done all staff at site
