The view was indeed amazing! The property was very hilly, but worth it to us for the view. The owner contacted us soon after we booked and provided helpful information on things to do in the area. He was also very responsive to any questions we had. We chose to rent a car for our stay and had access to pretty much anything we wanted to do with less than 30 minute drive. The food was a little pricey but excellent at the Ocean 180 restaurant, which is very close to the condo. The shower in the unit was pretty small but adequate. We were happy with our choice to stay here on our first trip to St. Thomas.

Loved the location...property could use a few more items...toaster...actual beach chairs....when we first got there we thought the frig was broken....they had it turned down so low....very small shower....

We had a great 13 days at Pointe Pleasant resort.

It was an OK place but it could use a deep clean. They should also update their description of place because it is obviously outdated as well as all his recommendations. We enjoyed are stay and toke advantage of their snorkel gear, cooler and chair.

We were looking for a close to Red Hook location , but not in the thick of things spot for our 5th trip down. We intended to island hop a lot this time- and we did due to the convenience of the location. The location was great, only 5-7 mins away from RH, Ferry’s, and great restaurants. About 10-15 from Charlotte Amalie and Magen’s and other north side beaches. Shawn was great to communicate with. While we had a minor hiccup with the screens not on track, we were able to get ahold of someone who was able to help. Good set of basic kitchen utensils, place settings and even some travel mugs for daily use. There was no toaster, but a great blender and coffee maker. Outdoor equipment for the beach was broken, but tons of the beaches offer rentals for the day on the cheap so it’s not a problem. Restaurants on site are transforming- only the “fancy” spot Ocean 180 was open- we highly recommend visiting for a moon light dinner! Other recommended eating on STT: Hook’d, The Easterly, Agave and Taco Chelles during your visit!! Last tidbit- parking is minimal immediate to the walkway, but can be found down the hill and a short hike. It’s secure and well lit which we found to be of comfort!

Everything was good, space was plenty big enough for my husband and I. View was amazing! Not too many steps or difficulty getting around the property. There were a few things that need replacing, like the toaster and snorkeling equipment (broke/unusable). We ended up renting snorkeling equipment, which worked out fine! Communication with property owner was good and he responded very timely, which was super appreciated! Owner stated he would be replacing the items in the unit that needed to be. The pool was just a few steps from the unit, which was also nice. Owner provided soaps and shampoos, plenty of towels, dishes, pots/pans etc... everything was well stocked.

The only issue we had was the toaster didn’t work. But we absolutely loved the place, the views were absolutely amazing and easy excess to all the beaches

The location of this villa is absolutely great! It is such a short drive to some of the best beaches on the island and there are also some really cool things to do within the resort itself. The villa does not feel like it is part of a resort as the area is not busy and feels very private. Additionally, the host is super helpful and very quick to respond with any questions. Highly recommend!

My wife & I booked this trip to USVI looking to escape to paradise from the harsh winter in the Northeast (while not traveling internationally). This was our first time to USVI and we had no guidance other than our own internet research. We stumbled upon Shawn’s place on VRBO and we were immediately drawn to the balcony view pics. Fast forward to our first morning and it was EXACTLY how it was pictured! Absolute picturesque views in a relatively private resort. We were so elated we chose this location to stay. Two great restaurants on site, privacy, proximity to Red Hook and other beaches, and the views! The morning view is enough to book this place. Don’t worry about being beachfront, you’re close enough to everything anyways. Book this place so you can wake up to paradise every morning!

This is a fantastic place to stay! The host, Shawn, was incredibly helpful and responsive. Any questions or minor issues he was proactive about resolving and making sure we were taken care of. The location is great if you want to ferry to St John's, and it is close to a lot of great places on St Thomas too. The place itself was clean and accommodating for our needs. It was just myself and my wife, however there was a convertible sofa sleeper bed and plenty of room for an air mattress if you want/need to fit more people in this location.

The views are beyond 5 star. However, the accommodations are less than 5. The positives, the kitchen has everything you need and is a good size for cooking. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen table has 3 chairs (missing one) and one of the three is questionable as to how long it will remain standing. There is many sand filled snorkels and two beach chairs (arm was broken on one). The air worked nicely. The cooler on site for use, was a nice touch.The little things that were really missing: The fan in the living room would spin randomly. There were two fan remotes. The bedroom fan remote was located in the kitchen and was missing batteries. The other remote didn’t seem to work for either fan (found in the bedroom). Only parts of the TV remote worked (silver buttons none of the rest. Closet door was missing. The shower head was ok, it was old and clearly broken in a few spots where the water came out. Screen door was jammed. Finally, my husband was able to unjam it after our 4th day. Then we realized it didn’t matter, because the left screen didn’t meet the right screen and the right screen had a tear in it. The mosquitos WILL get in at night. So, we were unable to enjoy the ocean breeze after sundown. Big disappointment. There was NO HOT water our entire trip. Luckily, there was luke warm/room temperature water or this pregnant lady would have left. We contacted the property manager, who apologized that his prior customers may have turned a “screw sized non located under a cover under a sink” and this maybe have turned the temperature down. However, we tried to turn this nob and it didn’t change the temperature of the water. We never heard from the property manager after his first idea to fix the issue.Cleaning lady came at 11:00 on the dot. She was very nice and understanding as we finished cleaning the kitchen/ rolling out our suit cases. But, know that 11:00 is a strict get out of the apartment time. Note: pandemic or not, you won’t get your money back. I was 6 months pregnant on this trip and was offered a sympathy amount back if I “canceled the same day I inquired about canceling.” Rather than waste my money, we decided to go. However, it does state no cancellations right in the description.Quiet spot. Location was great. Neighbors were wonderful. We will stay somewhere else at this complex again. St Thomas is a real gem and truly beautiful.

Excellent location. Near several beautiful beaches. Conveniently located near Red Hook to travel across to St John on ferry and restaurants. Property worked out very well for us. Probably only issue was a very small shower and just slightly warm water to shower. Bed was comfortable. We didn’t cook much kitchen is small but was sufficient for our needs. Other than that Shawn was very helpful and quickly responsive when we had a minor issue. He also gave very helpful and detailed information to help us navigate our first visit to St Thomas and St John. He had beach chairs, beach towels , snorkel sets we utilized all week which was awesome and very helpful. The property unit has amazing view of the surrounding islands so very picturesque and relaxing.

Easy check in, quiet area, awesome views and Point Pleasant is a great location.

This condo has everything you need with a great view of the bay and other islands in the distance. My husband and I really enjoyed the nature trail in front of the condo as well as the nearby Shoreline Restaurant and Mirador Restaurant (fine dining right next door). You can also walk to Margaritaville on a trail and walk over to Coki beach. Beautiful!

Great views, nice area walking to great pools & restaurants! We loved how the sliding doors opened all the way across full length of wide patio. I wish it would have had a “working safe” just what makes my traveling better! The owner Shawn told me “no worries it’s safe” I trust that and had no problems! Just sayin! Shawns a great host and left plenty of beverages, snacks etc! Kitchen was very nice, everything you need!

One word - The View!! While the condo itself was a nice, clean open floor plan with an amazing view, the walk down to Shoreline grill or Sugar beach isn't something you want to do too many times as the steep stairs will tire you out quickly. The resort itself has access to 3 restaurants, Shoreline grill on the water where you can feed giant Tarpons, Mirador has a stunning view and good food but pricey (was literally 20ft from our balcony and basically in the jungle😀) and Margaritaville is a 5 minute walk. Coral World Ocean park is a 10 minute walk and has lots of cool activities!

Shawn, the property manager, provided excellent direction and procedures. The unit has great views and well air conditioned. There is a table outside for alfresco dining. The property also has a two restaurants plus a Margaritaville in walking distance. We had an amazing time in St. Thomas.
