I don't normally do any reviews at all. However, I don't mind giving this condo Five stars in every way. We have been staying in PCB for well over 30 years off and on. More so in the last 20 with kids and now just me and my wife for a short weekend trip. We have had many disappointing rooms that were not what was advertised and not clean! Unfortunately, reviews don't always reveal 100% accuracy. This time spot on 5 stars all the way through. This condo is Extremely nice! Very Clean (So important), Great view from living area and master bedroom, large and roomy, super nice large bathrooms with clean and way above average showers in both baths. Overall, there are zero complaints. Mike and Mitzi were communicating from the start and all the way through to make sure we were taken care of and most of all wanted to know immediately if anything was wrong that needed their attention. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back given the opportunity.

Perfect location for Ironman Florida as we were able to walk to race start right from the room. Convenient to everything race related. The property was exactly as listed. Owners were easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

My wife says its a 10 stars out of 5. The place was amazing. Mike and mitzi are great hosts. Check in and check out was a breeze. We cant wait to rent the pla e again for another great family getaway.

Beautiful property that overlooks the beautiful beach!! The condo has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Mike was very prompt to get back to us with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend staying.

This property was wonderful! The views of the ocean are wonderful with the large balcony. The rooms we large and had plenty of storage for a weeks stay! The property location was perfect! Walking distance to shops, food and swimming! The parking garage was nice to with our rental car. We always had a place to park. Only downfall was getting to the property on beach front rd during busy times. Be prepared to wait a while. Traffic moves really slow. But overall we would definitely rent again!

The unit has everything we needed for a perfect stay. It is well stocked, clean and beautiful.
Owner was very communicative and I never had to reach out for any information, they were on top of it!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo was lovely and exactly as described. The water was clear, and there were plenty of things to try locally for some off the beach activities when needed. This was my Mother-in-law's first ever trip to the beach. She is disabled and the umbrella/chair folks right outside the condo were so kind and gave her rides to her chair since navigating the sand was difficult. We appreciated that so much. Our family would not hesitate to return in the future!

The condo is on the 17th floor with a beautiful view of the ocean and horizon. Everything was spic and span, ready for occupancy. The decorations are superb. Lovely beach place.

Perfectly situated and nicely appointed condo. Loved that they had beach toys and extra chairs for the kiddos. We enjoyed going down to the main level across the street to the Emerald Hub for breakfast grab n go food! Perfect location to Pier park and can even watch older kids from balcony since it’s beach front. Staff keep the grounds very clean and are constantly sweeping and mopping the grounds.
Check in code was smooth and easy to get in early for us since it was not a super busy timeframe. Will definitely come back to this same property next time!! Wonderful condo and layout/amenities!! Thank you!

Wonderful property. Very clean and absolutely phenomenal views of the gulf from the balcony. Property has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Owners are very responsive and even volunteered to let us get into the condo a couple of hours early since it was ready.

If you like Panama City Beach, this condo is the place you want to stay. You are right in heart of everything; the view, the beach, shopping, food and all in this beautiful condo. The owners, Mike and Mitzi great to work with. Everything is always A+.

We love staying at Mike & Mitzi's condo. It's so close to Pier Park where we can walk to our favorite places. The view of the water from the 17th floor allows for amazing sunsets. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with room enough for everyone to spread out. We like to cook breakfast in our condo before heading out for the day's adventures. The kitchen is fully stocked for any chef. The walk-in showers in both bathrooms are beautiful. This truly is a beautiful home away from home when traveling.

The unit was clean, spacious, and very comfortable! Had a relaxing time, with a great view of the water! Looking forward to going back during the summer. Really nice property to enjoy PCB from.

Rental was so easy, checking in and out was flawless and the condo was excellent in location, cleanness, and having everything you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable. Mitzi and Mike was concerned about everything being just right and that goes a long way. Highly recommend rental at their VRBO.

We stayed at this condo over Thanksgiving. I was a little worried about cooking dinner at a rental but the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The condo is very clean and well-maintained (much better maintained than many others we've stayed at in PCB and at Calypso). There are plenty of chairs on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful view. The location is great, within walking distance to Pier Park. The owners are responsive with check in and check out. We will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely love Calypso resort! We have been staying here for quite some time annually. This year we unexpectedly had to leave early and Mike and his wife were more than accommodating and so understanding. Communication was flawless and their condo is absolutely gorgeous! They had everything we needed; kitchen fully stocked, beach toys and chairs, coolers, extra linens, salt and pepper, coffee bar etc. The whole condo is updated as well. We plan on booking early and staying with them again next year!

Everything went well. Owners were easy to deal with and friendly. You will have to pay $20 for parking in the garage per vehicle. 2 beach chairs for free for the week. Overall a great vacation and I would stay there again.

We had a fabulous time!!! The condo was great. It was perfect for our family of 6. We have an 8 month old, a 10 yr old, a 13 year old, and my mom went with us.
The best part is the location. Personally, if I can go on vacation and not have to drive, then it’s a good vacation. We walked to dinner almost every night (love Diego’s, pompano joes, hook’d). My husband and son love to fish so they were able to just walk over to the pier while we went and shopped. I even was able to walk to the grocery store one morning because it’s only like a 0.8 mile walk.
Mike and Mitzi were great to work with. They were very organized and they were easily reached via phone. The cleaning crew was done by noon the day of our check in. Theresa was wonderful And made sure we were able to get in without any problems.
We would 100% go back to this condo!!!

Owners were always available for us. Beds were top notch. View was to die for. Bathrooms were updated and phones worked great with wifi. We will be back. This is a gym of a home away from home.

The condo allowed freedom to enjoy our coffee on the patio and meals around the large table. It's easy to get to the elevator and be on the beach or the pool quickly. The closet with the extras for the beach were well used and appreciated!

We stayed there for 7 days. The condo was beautiful and as described in the detail review. It was very clean and the bathroom showers were very nice and big. The bedrooms were very nice and the condo was decorated beautifully. But the main thing was the beautiful view of the ocean and beach. It is so nice to be able to walk right out onto the beach from the condo. The owners were very nice in communicating with us and making us feel welcomed. We will definitely plan on staying again.

Everything with the condo and the rental process were great other than trouble with the smoke detectors going off randomly the entire stay. The unit was as described, and clean and up to date. My problem with this complex was the tents being allowed to be put up in front of the beach chairs right next to the water. I came to the ocean to see the ocean not a bunch of tents. At times you could not get to the ocean because so many tents were blocking access. Also, the rental chairs and umbrellas were so close together you were almost sitting in the lap of the person next to you. I have stayed at this complex for at least 6 different occasions and it was never like this. I loved the condo, but if the policy doesnt get fixed about tents, I will no longer stay here

This is our second time staying at this unit! It’s like our home away from home. Everything you need is here. Mike and Mitzi are wonderful. Checking in was a breeze and we even got to check in early.
