Cottage semi indipendente, animali domestici con stufa a legna, laghi da pesca disponibili, Lytham St Annes e Fleetwood nelle vicinanze .. Piano terra: soggiorno con pavimento piastrellato. Zona pranzo / cucina con pavimento piastrellato. Primo piano: 2 camere matrimoniali, entrambe con bagno privato con doccia e servizi igienici. . Woodburner in salotto (combustibile iniziale incluso) .. Entrambe le proprietà: riscaldamento centralizzato a gasolio incluso (£ 30 per settimana, £ 20 per vacanza breve da novembre a marzo). Elettricità, biancheria da letto, asciugamani e Wi-Fi inclusi. Lettino da viaggio Seggiolone. TV digitale terrestre. DVD. Fornello elettrico. Microonde. Lavatrice. Frigo freezer. Patio con zona salotto e mobili. Giardino recintato con prato verde (in comune con altre proprietà sul posto). Uso di terreno di 10 acri (condiviso con altri beni sul sito). Parcheggio (2 auto). Vietato fumare. NB: Lago sul terreno, a 800 iarde. . Base ideale da esplorare. Questa ex fattoria alla West Boundary Farm è stata pensata per essere trasformata in due cottage luminosi e confortevoli (rif. 27557 e ref. 27558). Una porta di collegamento tra i due cottage significa che possono essere goduti indipendentemente o come una casa per le vacanze più grande. Situate lungo una strada privata alla periferia del piccolo villaggio di Pilling, queste propriet�� sono ideali per esplorare la costa nord-occidentale. Blackpool, Lytham St Annes, Fleetwood e Poulton-le-Fylde sono tutti facilmente raggiungibili in auto. In alternativa, il Trough di Bowland, Lake District e Yorkshire Dales sono tutti facilmente raggiungibili in auto. Due ampi laghi per la pesca si trovano all'interno dei vasti terreni della fattoria e questo è offerto gratuitamente agli ospiti. Negozio e pub ½ miglio, ristorante 3 miglia.

Kitchen items lacked a few things for cooking at home but the beds and cleanliness were excellent. Good for dogs can walk into the fields on a lead. Good shop and pub in the village, just a bit hard to find in the dark when we arrived but the owners were fantasticly helpful, great value for money, Knott End sea side not far away with shops and Mikes super community cafe, Morecambe, Fleetwood, Lancaster, Blackpool all easily travellable.

The accommodation was lovely but we suffered a series of power cuts but no follow up was forthcoming. Fortunately we had torches but as it was all electric we would not have been able to make a hot drink. Unfortunately on the last day our car was damaged by the electric gate during a very windy storm. We took no action as we were unable to contact the proprietors. On leaving we were not given any information about keys etc. we tried 3 times to contact the proprietors. However the accommodation was fabulous and very warm so we didn't have to use the wood burner. Thank you. No criticism intended just feel that we could have been contacted.

Lovely cottage, nice peaceful location. Nice secure garden for dogs. Owner very quick to sort issue. accommodation was lovely and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

John the owner is very helpful. We loved seeing the Peacocks, Barn Owl, Weasel and the Rooster. Nice walk close by and only 10 min drive to beach and shops at Knott End. Plenty of parking. Lovely views over the fields. Cottage very cosy with the log fire burning.
