We rented this house for ourselves as well as my daughter and a few friends. It was perfect for our stay. The kids enjoyed making a fire on the beach just out front of the house

Reviewer Comments:
It was impressively close to the water, and we enjoyed just walking down to the water. That being said, The home is in poor condition. When we arrived the bottom sash on two windows were loose and laying in the open position. The entire floor has weak spots and the stickers in the carpet will wake you up in the morning. All the dishes had to be rewashed before use. Nobody would expect chef style cookware but whoever purchased these pans should be forced to cook on them. The owners need to spend a little time on this property.
