La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, una grande TV a schermo piatto, porte scorrevoli in vetro che conducono al balcone e si affacciano sull'oceano, 2 cassettiere, un grande armadio, una scrivania, tavolini d'appoggio accanto a entrambi i lati del letto e un ampio bagno principale con 2 lavandini e un grande ripiano in granito. La seconda camera da letto ha una TV a schermo piatto, un nuovo letto king size, un cassettone, 2 tavolini e un armadio. 3a camera da letto con letti a castello, cassettiera e armadio. Entrambi i bagni completi sono stati recentemente ristrutturati. Ampio soggiorno con 3 divani, una sedia accogliente, grande TV a schermo piatto, tavolo rotondo con 4 sedie per giocare o mangiare, un grande tappeto e un'incredibile vista sull'oceano. La sala da pranzo ha una tavola rotonda con 6 sedie. Cucina completamente attrezzata con bar e 5 sgabelli da bar, smaltimento dei rifiuti e lavastoviglie. L'oceano può essere visto sia dalla sala da pranzo che dalla cucina. Lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità. Nuove piastrelle in tutto il condominio. Il balcone si affaccia sull'oceano e sul molo dei pescatori e si affaccia sul tramonto. C'è una grande piscina costruita, vasca idromassaggio e campi da tennis sulla proprietà. C'è anche una spiaggia su entrambi i lati dell'edificio. Ci sono 4 fantastici ristoranti a pochi passi dall'unità. C'è un campo da golf par 3 sulla chiave e raggiungibile a piedi. Ci sono luoghi nelle vicinanze per noleggiare qualsiasi tipo di barca o noleggiare qualcuno per praticare la pesca d'altura.

This was the best place for my mother who needs a walker and my husband with terminal cancer. The views are amazing! It has an elevator for easy access. A huge balcony to soak in the ocean! Fishing from the pier and the pool area and hot tub was perfect! No need to go to a beach when you have one right there on the property

The condo unit was beautiful and looked over the water. We were able to watch the beautiful sunsets every night. Marathon was central to many activities. We did a clear kayak tour, rented jet skis, went snorkeling on Sombrero reef, visited the outdoor aquarium and turtle hospital. There were lots of wonderful restaurants and we took a day trip to Key West. Lots of swimming at the beach and pool. The only complaint was the construction on site but the management was very responsive to our questions.

The apartment is large, well equipped and in a beautiful location. The beds are extremely comfortable and the location peaceful. We spent a longtime looking for accommodation away from road noise and this place was perfect. We loved spending time in the pool which was a perfect temperature and was never busy. The other guests and residents that we met were all very friendly. The balcony was large and has the most amazing view- we loved eating our evening meal out there and watching the sunset. We enjoyed trips out to local aquariums, turtle hospital and to nearby towns- Marathon is a perfect central location to explore the Keys. We took our kids out fishing for their first time on the Marathon Lady and managed to catch our dinner. We then practiced our skills off the pier back at the accommodation and managed to catch breakfast too! What an amazing place to stay, we couldn’t recommend it more.

Had a great time vacationing at this property. Questions with the owner were answered quickly and friendly. Perfect view of the water, and loved having a fishing dock as well. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved this rental! It was the perfect place for a family to stay for a quiet vacation! It was in a clean safe area. We hardly saw anyone else the entire time we were there, it was like having a private beach, private dock, and a private pool. My son fished off of the dock for hours every evening. He caught tons of different fish. We also saw manatees a few different times right at the dock. Overall it was the perfect place for our vacation! We will definitely be staying again!

Our condo, #13 was very dirty when we arrived. The first time we tried to use the washer it leaked all over the floor and the dryer would not work at all. It took from Saturday to Wednesday for them to get fixed. The location of the property was great.

This was our third time in Marathon and our first time in Key Colony Beach. It's a very nice little town. Very walkable with several restaurants in walking distance. Key Colony Point is a nice, well-kept property with several small beach areas, and a saltwater pool and hot tub. In early December it was not crowded at all, and we often had the pool area to ourselves. The condo was great with an ocean view facing the southwest and we enjoyed watching sunsets from the balcony. The unit was well furnished and decorated. Everything, from the lamps to the furniture, to the artwork had a beach theme. The master bedroom suite is roomy and has a beautiful walk-in shower and double sinks. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, cookware, utensils, a blender, coffee maker and even spices. The owners have looked after every detail, even providing outlet strips with both AC and USB outlets. Karen, the onsite property manager, and Don, who takes care of the property maintenance, are both very helpful and accommodating. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous week in the Keys!
The condo was wonderful! Plenty of room and very well equipped. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and relaxing and had plenty of room for our scuba gear to dry. The property is very well maintained and spotless. We rented kayaks and ventured out into the ocean and up the canals. The tarpon were fun to watch below the fishing dock in the morning.
The pool was so nice it became the venue for my daughter and her boyfriend to get engaged! :-) Many happy memories were made at this lovely condo!!!

I personally have stayed in Marathon many times over the last 20 years. This property and location is now a family favorite!!! This unit couldn’t be more perfect. The views from the balcony are priceless and you’re close to whatever you need. We cannot wait to come back!!!!

Great stay...beautiful property and unit
Just perfect. Clean, well stocked, convenient location. We had a great time fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool, and hanging out on the balcony. Very convenient for my father in law who has difficulty walking.

I can't not say enough good things about this property. Super clean, plenty of linens, beach and pool toys, also books and puzzles if you want. There are sliding doors in the master bedroom that you can hear the ocean thru, was not a problem for us but might be for someone else. I found the waves helped me sleep better. Other than that it is a super peaceful, quiet place. Everyone is super friendly that we talked too. Loved our stay and if we are ever in Marathon again we are staying there!

The location and property is very nice. We watched the sunrise and sunset from the property. Wonderful deck area. We saw rays jump in the water. Wonderful pool/spa. plenty of room on deck and in the living room has plenty of seating. The kitchen has a reasonable amount of cups, glasses, plates, pots, pans, salt, pepper and coffee filters. There is a dishwasher and detergent. No extra condiments such as butter, ketchup, mustard, or mayo. There are beach towels, umbrella, 2 chairs and toys for the kids. There is an ironing board, and hangers in the closet, extra towels pillows and blankets. There is soap, but no shampoo or conditioner. There is a washer and dryer but no laundry soap to wash towels or clothes.

Excellent location and amenities. Great visit. Only problem was the noise from the building repairs the last two days of our stay.

Key colony is a wonderful quiet town, condo #13 was beautiful, large and very well equipped. I wish someone left us a note about the glass top stove. It had a large crack across it so I didn’t use it. Was told the day before we left it was safe to use? But we survived fine with the microwave and toaster oven. I highly recommend staying here
