This was our second visit to the villa. The location is fantastic, right on the edge of town and an easy walk to numerous cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed the slightly unusual combo of a pizza and curry restaurant right around the corner. The kitchen is well equipped. The owner is very responsive and helpful.
It was a particularly cold time in the Algarve and we struggled to heat the villa up - not really the fault of the villa, but we were a bit cold. There is building work taking place on the site next door - the digger starting at 9am each morning meant we could not have our breakfast on the terrace (although to be honest, it was a bit cold to be eating outside anyway!).

Large House with private areas and wonderful plants.
Quiet but near to the coast and the center.
Outdoor sun lounger and seat cushions should be replaced.
Noisy neighbourhood because of a hotel construction site
