Everything about this hotel is amazing. Great rooms with amazing views, a lovely pool area, super tasty food, great service and incredible staff. The hilly area is something to take in mind, but it comes with the right perks. Would love to come again.

What I loved most about this hotel was the breathtaking view from the restaurant and swimming pool. The scenery was absolutely beautiful and made every moment feel special. The gardens were equally impressive, with lush greenery and beautiful flowers thoughtfully placed throughout the property. Everything felt peaceful, elegant, and beautifully maintained. The overall atmosphere was truly relaxing and made our stay even more memorable.

One thing to note is that the road to the hotel is quite steep and narrow, and our room was located higher up, so walking back from the restaurant required a little extra effort. However, this is completely understandable given the hotel’s beautiful hillside location and natural terrain.

The property is beautiful and the rooms well decorated. The staff were exceptional and friendly. They kindly upgraded us to a larger room.

There is some construction noise ongoing at the moment with an adjacent hotel being developed. There can also be some noise/music when ceremonies are being celebrated.

A hotel with stunning views and beautiful, spacious lodges. The location really depends on what you’re looking for — tucked away in the mountains, it’s perfect for a romantic getaway, but not ideal if you’re planning to party. I really loved the overall style of the hotel.

The hotel itself is set in a stunning location high up in the mountains, with beautiful views and spacious lodges. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. When we arrived, the tap in our room was broken, but two staff members came within an hour and fixed it, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the main issue was the restaurant. I ordered a Niçoise salad with tuna and first found pieces of eggshell in it. My husband mentioned the tuna tasted a bit off, but I continued eating it. Within minutes, my tongue started to swell, my lips turned purple, I developed a rash all over my body, and my face became red and swollen. It turned out to be scombroid fish poisoning — a reaction caused by fish that hasn’t been stored at the proper temperature. When certain fish like tuna are not kept cold enough, bacteria produce high levels of histamine, which can cause symptoms similar to a severe allergic reaction. The restaurant removed the salad from our bill. The staff were genuinely worried and kind, and I understand it wasn’t intentional — but it was still a very serious situation. Since the hotel is so remote and there are no other places to eat nearby, we had no choice but to continue dining there. In general, the dishes looked beautiful but tasted quite bland — and by spices I simply mean basic seasoning like salt. On a different day, I ordered a piña colada, which was honestly the worst I’ve ever had — unbalanced and watery. It was also removed from the bill. Overall, the staff were very nice and the setting is beautiful, but the restaurant experience — especially the fish poisoning — unfortunately overshadowed everything else.
