Close to the gondola as we were on a skiing trip.
Cleaners did make the beds every day and tidy away washing up and provided fresh towels.
WiFi was good.
The shower flooded the bathroom as no shower screen, fridge broke and leaked on lounge floor. Cleaners melted kids lunch box on hob. Our child collapsed on kitchen chair while sitting on it. Bed in lounge rock hard. Asked for extra pillows, never got them. Nightclub outside apartment, was extremely loud until 4am most nights. Kitchen poorly stocked I.e minimal glasses tiny mugs not enough bowls or spoons, no microwave. Staff never seen after day one. Broken chair never replaced for new one just removed from room.

The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the gondola which is very useful when carrying your ski equipment.
The apartment was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.
There is no microwave and it could have come in handy but we managed without.

Great location, in the center of Bansko town, 5 minutes on foot from the gondola lift, the restaurants, shops, etc. The reservation included parking for our car with no extra charge. The apartment (living room-kitchen, bedroom, bathroom) was spacious, clean, and very warm. There was housekeeping every day. Great wi-fi connection, and flat-screen TV with all the Greek TV stations (very rare in Bansko!).
The sofas, the bed and the pillows could have been a bit more comfortable. There were barely enough plates glasses and cups - the kitchen in general was not well equipped. The entire apartment could use some more light. In the bedroom, there is nowhere to store clothes.

The apartment was clean, big and comfortable.
The location is great! very close to the gondola.
The hosted-Biliana was amazing! She helped us to find rent equipment's store and she gave us good recommendation for everything we wanted.
We abselotly recommend on this place!

Great location, close to the ski center, a lot of shops, bars, restaurants etc. Very friendly and helpful host. Nearby parking. Warm and clean, nice balcony.
You can get disturbed by some loud tourists in the area/busy street.

Great location, very close to the gondola, restaurants and supermarkets.
The only problem I had is the shower room, although it has curtain around, but it’s not sealed , floor gets very wet every time after the shower.

The location for the ski gondola area is great and for the main down town bars and restaurants is perfect. Ski hire shop underneath too with ski lockers so super easy all round for a ski trip. It is a large apartment complex in centre of town with hosts that are very friendly and attentive if needed. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels which is unusual as not hotel but added bonus. Great views of the mountains and over town.
The main road outside is very noisy at night with revellers so would suggest asking for a apartment if possible to the quieter rear of property unless you don't mind the hustle and bustle.
Have stayed here many times and had same 2 bedroom apartment twice now so would be good if the shower tray was fixed as leaks all over bathroom and the heater in bathroom has never worked either.
However the hosts did provide extra towels for floor so were very responsive.

Very friendly hosts. Nice and comfortable apartment - it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great - right next to the gondola. The property has parking spaces available.
The night club nearby may get noisy at late hours.
