Very clean and the office team are so friendly and accommodating. They advised me when I rang to confirm that I may like to upgrade my accommodation to include a jog, microwave and heat pump - this was gratefully accepted.
The weather. Not exactly their fault though right?

The new manager was absolutely fantastic and helpful. When I explained i needed a unit as close as possible to the toilets for my 80 year old mum as we're traveling to a tangi in the area, they offered to upgrade my booking to an ensiite unit at an additional cost. I advised that wasn't an option as accommodation was unexpected expense due to the nature of our visit. The manager's response was to upgrade with no additional charge needed.
In meeting the Manager, he was very bubbly and I immediately felt comfortable. He was very respectful, gave thorough and clear information prior to giving me the key. The unit was very clean and fresh and I was happy with the layout.
The accommodation came recommended by the organizer of a group that book their visitors into.
Thank you so much for your hospitality.
