quiet studio unit. Very comfortable and extremely functional. Close to the boardwalk/beach. Convenient off street but on site parking.

Nora's property was exactly as described. Had a great time. Parking pretty tight, but managed. Was dubious about Murphy bed, but mattress was extremely comfortable

We’ve been coming to Rehoboth beach for the last 5 years, and this is by far one of our favorite trips thanks to the amazing accommodations. The condo was clean, cool, comfortable, and hands down the closest you can get to the beach at this price point. Don’t hesitate booking.

Such a cute studio! Perfect for couples getaway. Close to everything. As others have said, we parked and were able to walk everywhere. As stated in other reviews the parking is extremely tight and even in a sedan it was a squeeze. Bring your smallest car and DONT MOVE IT AGAIN!😂 But parking is a premium in Rehoboth so it was so nice to have it! We would stay again for sure! :)

This was our second time staying with Nora. It is perfect for a beach weekend getaway! Quaint and clean and so close to the beach! Nora’s great with communication as well!

Perfect for a 3-night getaway! Cozy and inviting are the first words that came to mind when we walked through the door. I appreciated the attention given to every detail of the decor which truly gave it the beachy feel. Yes, the parking is a bit tight, but the location allows you to enjoy all that "downtown" Rehoboth has to offer without moving your car. Did I mention how clean the place was?! I would not hesitate to stay here again...and we probably will!

The condo was located perfectly within walking distance to the boardwalk/beach, restaurants and shops. It is actually about 50 yards and not 50 steps as described in the listing, but still very close to everything. Parking was very tight, but it was nice to have off-street parking. Plus, you don’t have to move the car and have to worry about finding and paying for a parking spot. The condo was super clean, well equipped and very cozy. The only thing we wish was different would have been more shelving in the shower and hooks to hang additional towels. A hand towel rack near the bathroom sink would have been nice too. Overall, we were very happy with the condo and we would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay! Nora was super responsive and answered all of my questions before and during our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable (love the Tempur-Pedic mattress), and the location was perfect. We were right next to the beach and a short walk to all of the restaurants. Highly recommend!

Nora’s place was consistent with her listing and the many enthusiastic reviews. Important for me (migraine sufferer) was that the unit was truly closee to soundproof, AMAZING for an area with so much activity and foot traffic. No real cons here (read what others have to say about parking so that you’re prepared), except we were a bit baffled by the AC remote; a little advice would have been welcome. The rest are just subjective comments: my husband and I don’t love Tempurpedic mattresses (a little too squishy for our older backs), but most people do love them, so you’ll likely be comfortable. I would also observe - not a complaint - that this is a true studio with a teeny little adorable kitchen area, a place where actual cooking is possible, but not super easy I’m guessing, with a tiny dish drainer the size of a toast rack and a similarly miniature K-cup machine (bring your own coffee), both were presumably chosen more for their adorable little footprint on the counter than for actual usability. No real complaints though, because hey, we were on vacation!

We have stayed here so many times and are never disappointed! Conveniently located so close to the beach and in walking distance of everything worth seeing in Rehoboth! We walk to breakfast and dinner every day! Nora is a great host and communicates very well! Thanks for another great trip, Nora!

The location is perfect for anyone looking to the get the most out of their stay in Rehoboth Beach. Walking distance to everything! The room has a good layout and includes most of what you need. Nora was was great and was available for any issues that came up. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect place! Just perfect!!! Be advised though that parking is tight, and it takes some skill to get in and out.

The unit was clean and attractively decorated. We liked the porch area to sit outside. Nora was very quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the entire process. The location was great, everything within walking distance. Two of my favorite restaurants were within steps from the unit. The only downside, was the parking. I literally inched my way in, since the way the cars were parked was extremely tight, and the gravel lot did not help the matter. I did scrape my car on cement block on the bulkhead basement door to the property in front of the lot. Once we realized there was another entrance on the other side, it was too late. Also I scraped the bottom of my car entering the parking lot, as it was very steep. ( I have a Prius that is quite low to the ground) I would say, especially if you have a larger vehicle, maybe check to see what is the best option for parking before entering the driveway. It has a lot to do with how the other guests are parked. Fortunately I was able to exit from the other side, that is not so steep, after one of the other guests was able to move their vehicle that was blocking the entrance.. All in all a great stay!

The entry was super simple and secure enough we didn't have to worry. The decore was crazy awesome and cute. The drop down bed was plenty comfortable. Really checked all the boxes! Great value!

To celebrate my birthday I wanted to take a trip to my happy place which is the beach. Nora's property could not have been a better location. Tucked behind a few restaurants and literally half a block to the ocean. Super clean and check in and out was a breeze. I had a fantastic weekend. Just a quick word of warning, the entrance to the parking lot is tight (most properties are). But once parked you can walk EVERYWHERE in downtown Rehoboth and you are steps away from the beach. I also enjoyed the little front porch in the evenings. Great stay!

I loved the close proximity/walking distance to the beach and restaurants, I liked that I didn’t have to stay for a full week as with most other rentals in rehoboth. The place itself was perfect for my needs: very clean place with a small kitchen area and little outdoor seating area. A couple of things though: the place is sort of sandwiched between 3 restaurants so the strong smell of putrid garbage made it hard to enjoy sitting outside as much as I otherwise would have. Also, I suppose bec the place I stayed said no kids in the listing, I stupidly thought maybe there would be no kids in all the rentals. But there was a toddler staying above me which made for loud wake ups starting at 6-6:30 am which did annoy me as I was on vacation. I wanted to wake up on my own bec I have pets that wake me up when I am staying at home on vacation. Overall happy with the stay and would stay again but maybe I’d stay in an upstairs unit next time.

As prior reviews stated, this unit was very clean, nicely appointed and the communication with the owner was excellent. Would definitely stay here again, as the location to shops, dining and the beach were ideal.

This clean and cozy place for two was perfectly located 1/2 block from the beach and boardwalk and near great eateries! The owner was super responsive. As it is a bottom unit, just hope there are no kids running above you. Only other drawback is the extremely tight parking, so take your smallest car. We would stay there again given the price and convenience.

A big truck came and could not park in the spots so it had to block the main entrance. Due to the main entrance/exit to the parking lot being blocked by this truck, we had to go the other direction resulting in some damage to my vehicle from not being able to see or angle around the concrete cellar. This was unfortunate. I do not blame the property owners but large vehicles, especially trucks should not be allowed to park back there.

We enjoyed our stay , it was perfect for a long weekend getaway. The location was very convenient for us to walk to the beach or restaurants. We had a great visit.

The location and set-up was perfect. I parked my car and it stayed there for the duration of my trip. Everything I needed and desired was within walking distance.

We had a wonderful time at this condo! The location is amazing - half a block from the beach, close enough to walk back to for lunch or to use the restroom. Parking is very tight but we got a spot and didn’t need to move our car the whole time. Could use a few more hooks for towels in the bathroom, but overall a great little place! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice little condo. Located close to the boardwalk and many restaurants. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for a few minor items. The bathroom did not have any towel racks and limited counter space. TheTV channels were limited. I would however recommend this condo, and the price was reasonable.

We enjoyed our stay. Steps away from the beach and boardwalk. Very clean, stylish and quaint condo. Would've rated 5 stars if we didn't have to bring our own towels, sheets and pillowcases. Plus we couldn't use the washer/dryer if we needed to. Overall, we would come back in a hearbeat. Great stay!
