My family of 6 had a great time staying at Infinity Bay. The location of the resort and condo were excellent. The owner of the condo sent an information packet before arrival with tips on the resort and island which was very much appreciated. He also set up our transportation from the airport. The staff were friendly and security was always present. It was very convenient having the dock close by to catch a water taxi or excursion. We enjoyed swimming straight out from the beach to snorkel. The outside patio on the condo was a spacious space we liked hanging out at in the mornings. Having the two good sized bathrooms was nice when 6 of us were getting ready for the day or evening. The only negatives I can share were the towel situations. The condo was set up for only 4 guests and it took the staff awhile to bring us more towels. They were always short on beach towels. Our suggestion would be to keep the beach towel you have for your whole stay then turn in on your last beach day. Also when you know there will be cruise ships ported make sure to save beach chairs early in the morning otherwise you may not get to take advantage of the free Infinity Bay chairs. All in all we would recommend this condo and resort!

This property served us well. Just a few steps to a beautiful pool and beach. Snorkeling just off the beach is excellent. Air conditioner blew moderately cool air, but we could not control with thermostat. Unit is minimally stocked with kitchen utensils but adequate. Thanks!

This is THE BEST room at Infinity Bay! THE BEST HOST at Infinity Bay! All questions answered in a timely and friendly and helpful manner. The room is huge, clean, lovely, comfortable sofas and beds and any thing you need to cook with. If this room is open for reservation during your requested time- do not hesitate to book it! You will have a marvelous time!! 10 out of 10!!

Only two complaints out of the owners control, on the back side of the resort has a sewer smell and the cable reception in the unit and outside the unit including the bar was terrible ( static distortion. If was frustrating watching sport games and for my kids when it was raining all day.

Great time with 15 friends. The dive shop at Inifinity Bay is awesome. Claudio and Ceaser are well organized and run a great dive shop! There is construction ongoing for a new pool and bar which should be finished by Feb 2024. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this unit!

The infinity pool and surrounding areas was meticulously maintained and very beautiful. Byron's condo was exactly as described. It is large and clean. The daily housekeeping was greatly appreciated. As suggested by Byron, tipping goes a long way. The housekeeping staff really appreciated it! The refrigerator was newer and extremely clean. The in-door ice maker kept up with our needs as well. The bonus was the washer and dryer! Our favorite restaurant was Naboo. It is a must! Within walking distance down the beach. Overall a great experience. Communication with Byron was prompt and helpful. Security on the premises made us feel safe and everyone was friendly and helpful. We are planning our return for next year.

Infinity Bay is great. Best pool on the island. Great location. Walk to many restaurants. Water taxi to West End right out front. Lunch at La Palapa on the beach is amazing. This condo is comfy and clean. Large balcony facing the shallow side of the pool. The biggest thing I would change is to add a blanket or two. Sitting on the couch in the evening can be a bit chilly. Other details, ice maker works. Water from fridge is drinkable.

The owner goes above and beyond to give you information about the resort as well as the island. He is a wealth of knowledge. For three night stay we paid over 300.00 in fees above the VRBO rate. The owner let us know to expect this, or it would have been a BIG surprise. The security at Infinity Bay definitely deserves a 5 Star rating. They are everywhere and so helpful with everything. Yes, there is construction going on right now during the day, but when you are inside, the noise is limited. The loud demolition part of construction is almost complete, so noise should be limited for future travelers. The condo is well stocked. They provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, dishwasher soap, dish soap, and daily housekeeping. Mosquitos and sand fleas were minimal. We used Avon skin so soft and it work great for mosquitos. Cost of food at resort is on the expensive side, but if you walk East of the resort, you will find some places to eat and a grocery store. Overall 5 Stars and would return.

This was our second time staying in the condo unit, and we were just as pleased as the first time. Byron does a great job with communications, and everything from the airport pick-up to check-in and check-out went smoothly. The condo unit is just as described, and the three of us (me, my wife, and our adult son) were completely comfortable. We're already checking our calendars for when we can head back. : )

This unit was situated close to beach and pool yet set back a bit from the bar so was close but quiet. Fully equipped kitchen and we had the resort shop for us so food and liquor were in place upon arrival.
Infinity Bay is well located on the beach, which is excellent to walk from end to end and up to small mall which has shopping, eating and even a great grocery store on the beach. We will be back.

The condo is very spacious with very comfy beds. Excellent location away from noise of the beach area at night. Have three kids. One scuba’s and the other two snorkel due to age and this resort is perfect for this situation. Maid service was great. Would like to see standard condiments like salt/pepper etc. Otherwise a great vacation!

For the most part the property was ok… nevertheless I think it needs a little more love put into the arrangement of the master bedroom… the tv is set on the night stand(incredibly difficult to watch) , the bed comforter needs to be taken care of.
In the kitchen there is a lack of utensils… and the ones there are in poor conditions for the most part. But in working conditions

Second time at infinity Bay, first time in this unit, everything was great. Really love this property for the beach and on-site dive operation. The staff at IB are friendly and accommodating. Unit was a great and Byron was easy to communicate with. We had all we needed for a nice relaxing dive trip.

Infinity Bay is a well run resort and the condo was clean and in good condition. West Bay is the place to be with snorkeling straight out from the beach at Infinity Bay and many restaurants and bars nearby. The people were all friendly and welcoming and the area is safe. We enjoyed our time here.

Another great stay!
This is a great property in a great location. This is my second stay at Byron's wonderful unit in Infinity Bay. If you haven't been to Roatan before, it's definitely a hidden gem. If you're a diver, even better, as the diving is first class. The beach and snorkeling in front of the property are fantastic, and of course there's a dock directly out front which gives you access to water taxis to West End and other areas and also for boat pickups for activities like parasailing and diving. You're also really close to other activities like Gumbalimba Park, Mayan Jungle, and other fun things to do. The individual property is a perfect fit for our family (mom, dad, and two kids). Kids get their own bedroom and bathroom, and each their own bed. While there's a full kitchen in the unit, we mostly only cooked breakfasts and ate out for lunches and dinners. The kitchen also served us well with storing, re-heating, and re-creating leftovers. There's pretty good food on site, but also a ton of restaurants nearby as well. West End also has lots of other food options and is a short water taxi ride away. Naboo, right around the corner, has great food and great service. Also, if you can get in, I'd say the best restaurant was a place called Muna Luna in the Hotel Ibagari. Fine dining, beautifully presented, with a wonderful view... Short taxi ride away, reservations recommended. Property is really well maintained and really comfortable, and if course the location as mentioned is fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property and I'll look forward to a future stay!

Great family stay!
This property was amazing. Great view of the pool and close to the beach. Everything we needed for a great stay was available in the unit or we could just call the front desk to get anything needed. Any concern or questions I had were quickly answered by Byron and Brenda. I would definitely recommend this unit and would stay here once again.

Great unit in a great resort
This unit has a great view of the pool and garden area, with a peek of the ocean beyond. Everything was in perfect working order. I was especially impressed with the owner's willingness to re-book (twice) through the Covid shutdowns.
