Enjoyed our beautiful week at the beach. The cottage met all of our needs. It was a close walk to the beach and loved that it was on the end as it was perfect for walking our little dog and not feeling like we were bothering others as the cottages are so close together.

The listing was exactly as featured. The community pool was easily accessible, and larger than expected. The only suggestion would be an upgrade to the propane grill. The burners and burner covers need replacing. This was a minor inconvenience as everything else about the cottage completely met or exceeded our needs. Thanks so much!

We had a great time at the house! It’s a very short walk to the beach and the little community is so cute. The pool was great to have as well. Very clean and easy to communicate if needed with the owners!

This place was great for our family on Spring Break! Communication was great for this property. The beach was great and this spot is more quiet than the surrounding areas which for us was great! Looking to come back for another trip soon! Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for us. Spacious and clean. Nice location and beach was a short walk not bad at all. Loved the pool area too.

The house was an easy walk to the beach and close to the pool. The beach was not overly crowded and the pool was very nice. Overall it was a nice relaxing stay. We particularly enjoyed the porch and the fact that the cottage was on the end and not between two units.
The cottage was nice, but could use a little updating. Some of the burners on the stove didn’t work very well and were really not usable. The mattresses on the bunk beds were very thin and not comfortable (per kids who opted to sleep on couches instead). The cottage was clean, but when we got there all of the towels under the sink in the guest bath were wet. I didn’t find a leak so I think they just weren’t dried completely before they were put away. Other than those things we thought it was very comfortable.

We had everything that we needed to cook with and the cottage was super easy to maintain. The back porch was a wonderful place to sit & relax.
The only things that I think needs up dating are the towels & wash clothes.

Loved the peacefulness of the porch - spent alot of time out there. The house was comfortable as were the beds!! Not a long walk to the beach but we didn't realize we had to cross 30A to get there.

Great little cottage off 30a
My husband, parents, dog and 6 year old stayed for a week in this cottage. We had a nice time and never felt too cramped. The walk to the beach was easy and the pool was great. We brought our bikes and could easily ride through Alys and Rosemary. It was was a busy week in the small community with lots of other families. The porch really extends the living space but we wished it had some ceiling fans. Overall great week.

Comfy beds, great covered porch is basically a second living area, well-equipped kitchen. The Host is a pleasure to work with. I highly reccomend this property!

Great location!
We had a very nice stay at the cottage. It was great for the two of us but I would imagine that it could be pretty tight to have people in all three bedrooms. Great location for those not wanting to be directly in the middle of the congestion in Seaside. Well appointed unit and the communication with the property manager, Diane, was outstanding!

For as busy as it was on 30A, it is one of the most peaceful and quiet places we've ever stayed at - and we usually book through VRBO. Quick walk to beach, steps to pool that was usually not crowded at all, and the home itself met all of our needs. We loved the porch. Thanks, Diane!
