Nuovi piani, mobili, controsoffitti, rubinetto della cucina touchless, doccia / vasca / servizi igienici simili a spa, illuminazione, compresi specchi retrovisori in entrambi i bagni. SMART TV a schermo piatto HD da 58 "nella zona giorno, schermo piatto nella camera da letto principale e nella camera degli ospiti . Wireless ad alta velocità disponibile. Divano componibile in pelle e grande pouf in pelle. Nuovi letti in entrambe le camere. Condominio 2BR / 2BA molto privato, arredato con gusto e completamente arredato con vista panoramica sulle montagne di Red Rock e Four Peaks. Le sistemazioni per la notte includono un letto matrimoniale e un letto matrimoniale. Ampio patio privato (set completo con ombrellone) rivolto verso deserto e montagne. Pebble Tec Pool riscaldata a 86 gradi da ottobre per tutto l'inverno, sauna e palestra accanto al nostro condominio (VEDI 24 FOTO SOPRA). Unit was clean and very quiet. It is well stocked. Tim was receptive. Beds are comfortable and wi fi was fast.

The condo was very nicely located and convenient to all services and restaurants. Short couple minute drive to the fountain. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. A beautiful pool and great view of the mountains. The appliances were all like new and well maintained. A beautiful view from the patio. Only downside but not an issue for mobile folks is the 20 steps to the location. I would stay there again in a heart beat!

Rented for a week and change and would definitely stay there again, especially in the summer months when the condominium complex is mostly empty.

Very nicely renovated condo with a lot of room and nicely stocked. The only reason I didn’t rate a five for as listed is there is no mention of the 20 step flight of stairs needed to reach the condo. For a 85 and 78 year old it was a little difficult to carry luggage, groceries, etc up and down the stairs and probably not the most safe thing to do. But Tim was extremely nice to work with, the views were great, and overall we loved the condo!!

This was a great property for our family. The condo is well furnished and clean - the split floor plan is perfect. They enjoyed the pool on the premises and all the area attractions - close to restaurants and the parks. Thank you, Tim, for being such a great host.

The property was as listed and the communication was great. My mom had her own suite and my husband and I had our own. The property had everything we needed for our stay. The entire condo area was very clean and well kept. Fountain Hills is a nice area. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We loved the view off the patio and we spent every morning and evening out there enjoying the quiet and the view. The unit was very spacious and tastefully decorated. My only complaint was the host would not take (or make) a phone call to me. We initially had trouble setting up the TV and texted the host with questions and he responded. His response wasn’t clear to me so I called him. He ignored my call. I texted him again to ask if he could give me a quick call to answer a question and he never called me. If you’re ok with reaching him by text only, then its fine. Otherwise, maybe not.

My stay here with my friend was perfect. We were very comfortable in the condo. The owner adequately prepped us for the stairs to the condo so we weren’t concerned about that. Our stay was very quite and serene and we absolutely loved it!

We had a wonderful time in Fountain Hills. A quiet but beautiful little town. The condo was extremely clean and was equipped with absolutely everything we needed. The heated pool and hot tub were great and we found all of the owners and renters extremely welcoming and friendly. Great view from our deck and a nice bonus space. Very nice having a Target 5 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tim!

We had a wonderful time in Fountain Hills. A quiet but beautiful little town. The condo was extremely clean and was equipped with absolutely everything we needed.
