l'arredamento è moderno, l'arredamento favoloso ... con la massima attenzione ai dettagli da parte del nostro pluripremiato team di architetti.
tutte le TV a schermo piatto sono in ogni spazio abitativo (55 pollici nel soggiorno con Netflix, 55 pollici nel master e 42 nelle altre due camere da letto.

This property was fantastic. The owner takes really good care to make sure it is near, clean, and vacation ready. My family had a wonderful time here and look forward to coming back in the future!!! 10/10! 5stars! Perfect!

Property location was good. Very clean. Light over the stove was burned out. Shower in master bathroom leaked all over floor. Toilet seat was loose and toilet paper holder was loose. Garbage disposal didn’t work well at all.

The host was AWESOME. We had such a great time. 8 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the pool. The back porch was Heaven on the pond & you could feel the breeze from the ocean. Will stay again!

Clean comfortable condo in a quiet peaceful area. Easy golf cart ride to beach. Owner was always available and quick to answer texts or respond to needs. Will definitely return.

We've stayed at this property several times and just love the ease of access as it is a 1st floor condo. As we arrived Gary met us while unpacking and informed us the golf cart was under repair. But being the good host he is had rented us another. The golf cart is very important to us as well. Gary has done a lot of upgrades since our stay last year. A new couch (so comfortable), new dining chairs, new wall covering, upgrade on the master bath doors. new chairs on the deck. Gary should take some new photos. :) We can't wait till we're back for another stay. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely time. The view from the patio and deck was perfect. Very quiet and relaxing. Beds were comfortable. Sofa had one seat that could use some TLC but was not uncomfortable.
Upon arrival, we found a note regarding fire ants in the golf cart cushions. We chose to walk to the beach and pool which were close by.
Kitchen was nicely equipped. Only thing is that we had to buy a can opener as we could not find an electric or manual one.
Dryer was not drying well but I removed as much lint as possible from the inside of the dryer and the vent which solved the problem.
Close to restaurants and shopping.
We would return to Kingston Plantation and stay here.

This place was just what we all needed after a year and a half of having a staycation. Lol. The view from the patio was breath taking. It was definitely a home away from home, and the golf cart that came with the unit was an added bonus. We used it almost everyday! The owner is very responsive with any issues you may have and will take care of it with a smile. Loved this place and would definitely stay there again!!!

Our family loved everything about this property! We came for the beach but fell in love with the lake view and outdoor spaces!!! The house had plenty of everything (pillows, dishes, etc.) and the golf cart included with the rental took the trip to a whole new level! Can not wait to come back and would highly recommend staying at any of Gary's properties. We visited in the thick of Covid and felt very safe our entire stay :)

The condo has everything we needed and the golf cart was a great way to get to the beach. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. We have a great time!

Stayed at the property for an annual golf trip, and property was just as described! Having the golf cart was great to get around Kingston too. Will definitely be booking this property for future trips as well. Highly recommend!
