E 2 bagni, piastrelle di ceramica in tutto, bella cucina completamente attrezzata, lavatrice e asciugatrice full size, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, bar / contatore.
Il nostro condominio è stato recentemente aggiornato con bellissime nuove porte a 6 pannelli, nuove finiture con nuovi vanità con ripiani in granito in ogni bagno e molti altri aggiornamenti in tutto.
Goditi le spettacolari albe sulla spiaggia dal nostro balcone / patio al 4 ° piano. Visualizza navi da crociera e lanci di razzi.
La spiaggia più vicina a Disney World. Minuti dai terminal crociere di Port Canaveral e dal Kennedy Space Center. Meno di un'ora dall'aeroporto internazionale di Orlando e Disney World. We had a wonderful, relaxing family vacation in Tim & Sandy’s condo on Cocoa Beach. Absolutely loved the ocean, balcony views, seeing the cruise ships, space launch and swimming in the heated pool and hot tub. The condo was very close to many restaurants and grocery stores in the area. Will definitely be back. Thank you Tim & Sandy for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

Sandcastles is such a convenient and welcoming complex.
Tim and Sandy were responsive and considerate. When they say this is a place like home, it is true. They had everything from soaps, coffee filters, salt, beach toys, tennis rackets, an umbrella, pens. . . I really did not need a thing. It was all taken care of. The condo was clean and in excellent condition. I would stay here again and again.
Check in/out is easy. Zero hassle. Same w parking. So easy. No crazy resort fees or parking charges.
This beach is near a public beach, so it is guarded by lifeguards. I liked that for the kids. It was an added comfort.
Restaurants, ice cream, and grocery are all close- even walking distance.
There is currently quite a bit of construction for upgrades to the building, but the crews were respectful and did not interfere. There was a little noise in the pool area but the beach was perfectly peaceful. The complex is older, so the upgrades are welcomed to spruce up the paint and such.

We have stayed at Sandcastles several times but this was the first time in this unit. The property at Sandcastles is always well kept and the property managers kind and helpful. The beach is quiet but also monitored by lifeguards. This particular condo was well kept and stocked with everything we needed from kitchen supplies to beach supplies. The view was gorgeous! It really felt like home away from home! It was perfect for 5 people and we would not hesitate to book this property again!

First and foremost both Sandy and Tim were wonderful to rent from . They were extremely responsive to emails or any questions and answered all the questions and very kind .Loved the accuracy and organization of the check in process and the overview of the property. The place was a perfect unit location very clean and we were so impressed with how well the condo was furnished with all the basic necessities for the unit as well as the beach ,that we’ve never had an any place we stayed before. we would truly recommend this unit and when we come back to Cocoa Beach, we will definitely look to request this unit again . Thank you Tim and Sandy. We were fortunate to have rented this unit from you. FANTASTIC!

Spent a week at this unit and would highly recommend it to future travelers. The space itself is larger than other similar condos we've stayed at in Florida, with a large kitchen and a lot of good space in the bedrooms, etc. Condo was also stocked with all of the beach equipment we needed (boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs, water noodles for the pool, and a cooler) and was a short walk from the condo out to the beach. There was a decent amount of people on the beach, but there was still plenty of room to make our own space and swim/boogie board. We were also able to see a 3am SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launch, which was super cool. Overall, very much recommend.

We have stayed at Sandcastles in many different units over the years. This ocean-front unit was perfect for our family of 4. We always appreciate the beach items, in-unit laundry, and well socked kitchens. Loved the beach themed decor and comfy master bed too. Would highly recommend!

The beach was a short trip down the elevator and across the dune! The place was super clean and the beds were so comfortable! We will definitely be back!

We have stayed in this unit twice. Had a small glitch with the refrigerator, but nothing to keep us from enjoying our stay! Thanks Tim and Sandy for a most enjoyable week at Cocoa Beach! Can’t wait to come back!

We loved the condo and how close it was to the beach. Very easy access and super cute decor.
The area is very easy to navigate.
The condo had a wonderful stock of beach supplies. The owners gave us a heads up on minor construction going on and we really appreciated that. It did not affect our trip at all.

This is our second year staying in unit 407. The location is amazing and so is the condo. Sandy and Tim are extremely responsive. Check in is simple, the view is breathtaking, the condo is spectacular, and the location is close to everything! You could not ask for anything better when looking for a place to stay or owners to rent from. We have already booked another two weeks next summer! We are looking forward to every moment we spend here and are sad when we leave. The girls say “this is our home away from home” and it truly is because you have everything you need for the beach, dinners, showers, and sleeping already provided in the condo. Thank you Sandy and Tim for letting us use your absolutely amazing place!

This was our second year to stay at Sandcastles due to our son playing baseball. We love it’s location and this unit was great. We love that it has an oceanfront view. It was very well stocked. Way better than most condos we have ever rented from kitchen supplies to everything you could need for the beach….towels, chairs, toys,etc. Furniture was very comfortable in the den. If there is any drawback, it would be that the mattress in master could use replacing. Love that Gregory’s restaurant is within walking distance. It is very good.

This condo was one of the cleanest and best furnished that we have ever stayed in. Kitchen was well stocked with all amenities we needed.
The oceanfront view was fabulous to wake up to every morning.. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Great Vacation
This condo was one of the cleanest and best furnished that we have ever stayed in. Kitchen was well stocked with all amenities we needed.

Great location, great views from the balcony and everything was just like on the pictures. If you want to visit Orlando theme park or Kennedy Space Center and enjoy time at the beach this is a perfect spot.

Perfect Condo with a Perfect View
This is one of those condos that is even better than you expected but you don't really want to tell people about it because then it won't be available when you want to rebook! And we do want to rebook! I knew from the pictures that this would be a fantastic place to stay and I was even more impressed once I arrived. The condo is beautiful, well appointed, easy to get in/out of, and is perfectly situated on Cocoa Beach for maximum views of the ocean, beach, and sunrises. The master bedroom also has a stunning view. The owners are very communicative and responsive and are wonderful to work with. They have prepared a wonderful vacation spot with everything you could need to feel comfortable and relaxed. We truly did not want to leave when our time was up. We will definitely be back!
Things we particularly liked: Pool/Hot Tub, elevator, ample parking and drop off area, close to so many restaurants and things to do, laundry facilities in the condo, comfortable beds and furniture, and good Wi-Fi.

This is a beautiful unit that we have rented more than once, and will rent again. We love the direct ocean view, and it's immaculate and spacious.

Awesome place, amazing views, best trip!
We stayed for 2 weeks in this condo. The condo was everything we were hoping and more! The unit was beautifully decorated, clean and stocked with everything you need to make meals, go to the beach, etc. It even had a puzzle to keep you occupied on stormy afternoons. The beds and other furniture were very comfy. We enjoyed our morning coffee and watched the sun rises and the surfers off the balcony every morning. We have been vacationing in Cocoa Beach as a family since 2014. This was the first condo we have stayed at in Cocoa Beach and will no longer be going back to the hotel. Already booked our two weeks here for next summer! I don’t want to make this property sound too awesome because I want to make sure they have availability for us to book each year…BUT it was amazing! ☺️ Thank you Tim and Sandy for letting us call your place ours for 2 weeks! We can’t wait to come back! This is exactly what we needed after a long year!
