First - lady where we picked up the keys - Andrea? - exceptional lady, excellent customer service, very friendly and a beautiful smile! Location - could not have asked for a better place Clean and very spacious Kitchen - well furnished

Cons Mattresses and pillows uncomfortable they need to be replaced No toiletries, dishwashing liquid, sponges or dishwasher detergent provided - no issues but wish this was clearly indicated on the booking site; this way we could have brought our own. By the time we found this out from the owner supermarkets were closed.

Finding the actual building and getting the key was confusing. Reference should have been made to the fact the apartment is directly opposite the Talasso Spa, which is the only structure which is on the beach side of the road.
