Il nostro moderno cottage sulla spiaggia si trova nel cuore di Seaside, a pochi passi dal lungomare. Esci dalla porta sul retro e fai una passeggiata lungo il percorso a piedi verso il centro di Seaside o verso la spiaggia per un picnic o un falò. La nostra casa splendidamente decorata dispone di una nuovissima cucina di lusso, completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici di fascia alta e tutte le necessità di cui avete bisogno per preparare piatti deliziosi con i vostri amici e familiari. Il tavolo da pranzo per 8 persone, la nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice, il WiFi e le lenzuola di lusso rendono la nostra casa come la vostra casa.
Si tratta di una spaziosa e accogliente camera da letto quattro, due bagni completi che possono ospitare comodamente 8 persone. Al piano inferiore dispone di un bagno completo e una camera da letto con un letto king size. Al piano superiore abbiamo 2 camere da letto con vista sull'oceano con letti nuovi di zecca. La terza camera al piano di sopra ha due letti gemelli completi di nuovi materassi e lenzuola. Il bagno al piano di sopra ha un sacco di asciugamani da spiaggia e contro spazio per tutti gli ospiti.
Abbiamo anche una nuovissima vasca idromassaggio per rilassarsi completamente nel nostro cortile.
Quando sei pronto per avventurarti fuori, una breve passeggiata ti porterà nei nostri ristoranti e bar locali preferiti. Prendi una tazza di caffè e una pasta al Osprey Cafe, o prendi un posto nel patio di U Street Pub e goditi il sole con la gente del posto. Fai scorta di prodotti essenziali al Ken and Son's Market, anche a pochi passi da casa nostra.

This rental is in an amazing location…. You couldn’t actually ask for a better spot! I don’t think the listing does this rental justice on the space. The open concept living space is QUITE spacious and there’s even a loft/landing space on the upper floor that’s not really furnished but can be used for “kid space” or a reading nook or even yoga space!
The kitchen is super stocked. I mean all pots, pans, utensils and even ziplock bags and platters. We were at the house for thanksgiving and we were really impressed with the kitchen!
The hot tub is nice and the kids LOVED it! A huge selling feature of this rental!
Now to the opportunities:
1. The upstairs bathroom is sub-par. The vent in the ceiling is hairy and disgusting. The shower Is moldy and doesn’t properly drain. My family all used the downstairs shower and that felt like a bummer.
2. The house did not feel clean. There’s some general maintenance that would go a long way but so would a deep clean (or two).
3. The beds were not very comfortable for us!
4. The “brew basket” in the coffee pot is missing so dare I say - a new coffee pot is needed.
4. The house is well stocked but we couldn’t find any trash bags. Thank goodness we brought a couple with us! This should be a stocked item.
5. The hair dryer upstairs didn’t work. We tried in multiple outlets.
6. The house was hard to keep comfortably heated and cooled! We were there during a very cold stretch but it felt like we were either freezing or sweating.

The house is an adorable beach house. It had plenty of space to relax and the bedrooms were all a good sizes too. It was one house away from the promenade, which was great! The house was very stocked with all necessary kitchen items as well. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our 2nd stay at this cottage. Great family space, comfy bedrooms, nice bathrooms. Very short walk to beach for playtime & sunsets. Close to prom & many other activities. We were bummed the hot tub & fire pit were out of commission during our stay. Communication about those issues could have been better.

We had a blast! on the beach, playing card games in LR, cocktails on the patio, hot tub relaxation, the Seaside Aquarium, DT Seaside, Haystack Rock @ Cannon Beach, Ecola State Park, dining @ various restaurants, & visiting Astoria. Clean and well stocked, this beach house was a great place to meet some friends for some R&R. The hot tub was wonderful, the kitchen well stocked, and the beds very comfortable. The stairs were very steep but there is a bed and full bath on the lower level for those that can't manage them. Would recommend!

What a cute house! Absolutely enjoyed this property—its clean, well appointed, and a stones throw from the water. We had such a relaxed friends trip and this property played a big role in that. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The main level had been recently remodeled and was beautiful and comfortable. Great area for gathering to eat and interact. The rooms were still a little dated but the beds were comfortable and clean. The check in process was smooth and easy. The property was walking distance to the beach. Overall we had an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

We had a lovely stay here in summer, and everything was exactly as promised. The hot tub was great, the walk to downtown wasn't short, but along the boardwalk, so it was very pleasant. Cute decor and very clean. We had a little mix-up getting checked in and didn't receive the info. We ended up waiting an hour at the front door until the neighbors gave us the host's phone number. It didn't seem like something that happened often. I wish VRBO were more proactive in contacting owners in cases like this -- the chat was unhelpful.

Lots of space, very simple place to stay and very close to beach. Only couple downsides, no drawers for clothes for longer stays and AC doesn't really cool all the bedrooms upstairs which is most of the bedrooms and keeps resetting to 80 something. No curtain for back door to block the sun from people's eyes at dinning table and livingroom.

Very nice house. Looks small from outside but very roomy inside. Grill, fire pit and jacuzzi all worked great. Great location. Located across from osprey Cafe. Awesome place to go to.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location, quieter end of town but still close to the beach and amenities. The house had everything we needed! The hottub and the fire pit were fantastic additions.

We usually stay at the north end of Seaside but we tried the south end and it was great! Right next to a golf course, Osprey's restaurant and just up the road from the rope course. It's a little walk to the prom but not bad. The house comes with all the amenities and was great. Only negative thing I could say was that the hot tub could be cleaned better but overall, we'd be happy to come back to this location!
