We really enjoyed the stay at Adogio at Blue Mountain Beach. We didnt realize the private company needed for beach chair reservations ahead of time, or we would have booked those well in advance. The checkin time was listed at 4 pm to ensure perfect housekeeping but one bed still had hair and popcorn in its sheets when we arrived. Otherwise, the stay was exactly what we paid for and was worth the value compared to other area rentals. You won’t find a better view on 30A.

Overall we had a great trip! The only thing that was disappointing was there were extra blankets and the ovens information (temperature & time) was coming off. We could not tell what temperature the oven was on. The condo was clean, check in was easy, and communication between host was good. Would highly recommend!

The property and condo was very nice with a nice layout. Great view and a corner unit. Everything was pretty clean in the condo the only negative was the living room furniture and rug was worn looking and looked dirty. Also there wasn’t a weeks worth of basic items such as toilet paper, garbage bags,laundry or dishwasher soap so we needed to buy stuff which was a bit frustrating. The host was very receptive and answered any questions we had.

If you want convenience and beach front access on 30a with 4 bedrooms for couples, this is your place. However, this unit is run down and outdated and needs some repairs. It needs fresh paint (lots of dings and scratches on walls throughout the unit), the master shower had mold in many places (i.e. ceiling and shower tile), the oven was broken, and the gas stove top had a clicking issue too that made us nervous to use it. Thankfully we are the eating out type so it didn’t significantly impact our trip other than cooking breakfast meals. If you do like to cook at the beach, this isn’t the unit for you unless the oven is fixed- it prob took 2 hrs to cook biscuits! The mgmt. company was great to respond to our concern over the oven not working but still they didn’t get it to work during our stay. They were also kind in that a guest left something behind and they helped get it back to us.
I would definitely recommend the Adagio condo community though! The pools were great and 10 mins from everything.
