We had an amazing time. The property was very spacious, and well equipped. Location was also great! We would stay there again.

The place was clean and very close to the beach. The steps kept me from gaining any weight on this vacation which is a good thing! :) Myself, my kids and my grandkids all had a great time and would definitely consider coming back again.

Very spacious home close to the beach with plenty of parking. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Our family of 7 was very comfortable there and really enjoyed our stay!

The home is located in Bethany and on the ocean side of highway 1 - the Coastal Highway. It is a short walk perhaps 150 yards to the beach which does not have life guards. The house itself is large: two bedrooms on the top floor with king beds, each with its own bath. The middle floor is the main living area with a large kitchen and living room and medium size dining room but there is also counter space to seat people. The floor below that has 3 bedrooms: 2 with two twins each and a queen bed in the third bedroom which has its own bathroom while the twin bed rooms share a bathroom. The entrance is one floor below. This home has lots of stairs so if that is a problem look elsewhere. For us it was fine. The wifi worked well though out the home. The home was very clean and the owner easy to deal with. The question to ask- would you rent this home again and my answer is yes.
