Benvenuto in un posto che potresti non voler mai lasciare! Questa unità è nuova per il mercato degli affitti, quindi scegli le date e vieni a soggiornare in questo dolce condominio. Dal momento in cui varchi la porta principale, godrai della vista sul golfo. Il bellissimo patio si affaccia sulle sabbie candite e sull'acqua blu del golfo. All'interno ti godrai il lussuoso divano componibile e la sedia girevole di grandi dimensioni mentre guardi la TV a schermo piatto da 46 '. Questo delizioso condominio è perfetto per 2 o può dormire 4 con il letto pieghevole Murphy. Quindi parcheggia l'auto proprio di fronte, fai qualche passo e scarica. Allora inizia una meravigliosa vacanza!
La cucina è stata aggiornata con nuovi armadi e ripiani. È ben arredato per cucinare e mangiare. C'è un piccolo bar e sgabelli da bar. C'è un meraviglioso televisore intelligente a schermo piatto da 5 '' 5K nel soggiorno in cui puoi usare i tuoi account Netflix o Amazon e uno schermo piatto da 32 'nella camera da letto. Il bagno è stato magnificamente aggiornato con una grande doccia e una nuova toeletta. Ha una lavatrice / asciugatrice, asse da stiro con ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, frullatore, tostapane, macchina per il caffè, forno a microonde, fabbricatore di ghiaccio e alcune altre sorprese.
Il complesso Nautical Watch è un complesso molto ben tenuto, con una piscina riscaldata che è bellissima. Accanto alla zona della piscina ci sono delle grigliate, quindi puoi grigliare il tuo pranzo o la cena mentre ti godi la piscina. Nautical Watch è meravigliosamente situato su Thomas Drive, uno dei preferiti dai locali. È tranquillo ma offre un facile accesso a qualsiasi esperienza sulla spiaggia che desideri avere. St. Andrews State Park è appena ad est, mentre Pier Park non è troppo lontano a ovest.

The condo was well appointed and exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay! The first floor location was very convenient to the beach. The bed linens could use some updating, the sheets had knots on them. I flipped the sheet over and it was better. I would definitely rent this condo again;)

We have stayed at Nautical Watch 5 times. Everytime has been great. Private beach thats not overcrowded, or crazy, and the condos that are big enough to be comfortable. We love this area of Panama City and it fits our 4 person family perfect. They do have larger condos but thats up to you. The traffic is also much better in the area of Nautical Watch compared to other places down the beach. I could move here I would. The owner is very responsive and also helped us change our times this past stay with no issue.

Loved the unit. The porch is almost sitting on the sand and the view is beautiful from sun up to spectacular sunset. The place is very homey and welcoming. If you love the old Florida feel this is the place. The complex is not overbuilt providing room to be comfortable and enjoy the beach. I plan on returning.

we love love love this condo, the owners are great, they keep everything in such good condition, love the new couch. the only problem was the Murphy bed was not stripped and washed; just an oversight, we took care of that and had a great week with the best weather and calmest waves we’ve ever had, will be booking soon for next year

What a perfect spot right on the beach. The balcony porch was perfect; wonderful gulf views, and amazing sunsets. And I absolutely loved being right next to the beach access for Nautical Watch. Dan was wonderful to work with as well! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this unit right on the beach. I will definitely be back next year.

We had a wonderful time away. This is our second time staying here. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Daniel was quick to answer any and all questions we had. We look forward to visiting again!

Enjoyed the stay and the view but room was a tad bit small. It would work out great for a couple but with a family of 4 and only one restroom it was a bit difficult. We made it work and maybe just the Mrs. and I will rent again but with the family we would have to look at a different floor plan. The access to the beach is perfect and the place could use a little update on furnishings.

We used to stay at the nautical watch when I was a kid around 13 years ago. It was nice to come back and reminisce. The condo was nice and had a great view with great access. It was my little 11 month old boys first time at the beach. We all had a great time!

Perfect! Only drawback was the gate entry to beach code changed while we were there. Someone told us but was reluctant and decided to trust we were telling the truth. We did. Or hear from anyone regarding the code change.

Gorgeous sunsets
Great condo for beach lovers! First floor —feet from the beach—and sunsets do not get any better from this view. Balcony actually is shaded all day which is nice! Location is the reason you stay here!!! Beach isn’t super crowded and the views are amazing! Condo is nice, a little dated in the decor, but I didn’t go to PCB to admire the furniture and bedspread. The only semi-complaint I had was the noisy ceiling fan in the bedroom. Couldn’t use it at night because it squeaks— but the A/C is so cool -we didn’t need the fan. I would definitely stay here again.

We celebrated our 41st anniversary at this beautiful resort. The location is ideal, quiet and laidback. Despite being Thunder Beach weekend it was not crowded. This condo is perfect! We have stayed multiple times and will return soon! Judy

The unit is on the beach was AWESOME! Excellent location.... right on the beach. Condo was fully furnished with EVERYTHING we needed..... All you need is your clothes food and drinks. The owner was very quick about responding to questions I had prior to check in. Pool is beautiful.... and has grills and restrooms which is great so you don't have to run back to your condo.
Overall, a great place, will be booking it for next year!

Sisters Weekend
Love the location of this unit! The sunset from the balcony is awesome. The resort is quiet...a true gem. The Murphy bed is comfortable. Perfect for a relaxing weekend. Will return soon.

Could not get the tv to work in bed room, the Cisco box showed power and tv showed power but could not ever get the two to link. Other then that we enjoyed our stay even though hurricane Ida came through and we only had one and half day of son.

Absolutely loved the location, distance from the beach. The security gate that only allows condo residents through to the beach. The view was amazing. Sunsets breath taking. The condo was clean and all we needed for a much needed girls trip! Looking forward to booking again at same location in the future.
