This is a wonderfully restored old space. It is more charming than the pictures. My stay was perfect in every way. I highly recommend this VRBO.

It was a cute little stay, right above their garage separate from the house. My husband and I really loved this place.

Historic Guest House is a fun over-the-garage apartment in a great neighborhood. It's a little shabby, and a little chilly in the winter. Because this is an older property, the windows don't open. The coldest & hottest months may not be the best time to rent this apartment.
The kitchen is adequate for simple meals; a good fit if you would rather sample all of the wonderful cafes and restaurants in the area. The mattress is extra firm and the bedding is super soft and comfy. Although the hosts responded promptly to our text messages, they did not ask if we needed anything or if we were comfortable.
A bit more attention to detail would make this property shine.
