Size of the bungalow was great, particularly the outside space with dining, seating and relaxing furniture. Decor was lovely and fresh and kitchen facilities were great, had everything and more that you would be likely to need for your stay.

The only thing I would suggest is that if people book whilst the carnival is on, they are informed at the time of booking. We did not know about the carnivals and when we arrived it was dark and all surrounding roads were closed which was really really stressful, We had to try and source help from the police, but that was very difficilt with the language barrier and when we eventually found the address, there was no where to park. The carnival route was right outside the bungalow and so we had throbbing music until around 2.30am

It was a great pleasure for us to stay in this property! The bungalow was fully renovated, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron and other amenities to make you feel as at home. The beds were very comfortable. The high ceiling gave the impression of more space. Very nicely arranged, covered terrace. Very good internet. The bungalow is located in the resort with a beautiful, well-kept garden, a fantastic, large swimming pool. The bungalow is very close to the pool but not right next to it, so it's always quiet. The large, green area was also great for our children, who had a place to run around. The property is great located - we had a car and it took a few minutes to get anywhere in Maspalomas. Easy free parking. Very helpful hosts, contact with them was easy and hassle-free, We got a small surprise on arrival - a bottle of wine and water, which was very nice. It was also easy to get to any part of the island from the property - we practically visited the whole of Gran Canaria. To sum up - we are very happy to stay at this property. The pool was big enough for the people who stayed in, but not everybody went to this. We had parking. Near was a superdino(supermarket) and smart tv and chairs to lay on the sun.

It is not fully renovated as mentioned. I think it was renovated 2 or 3 years ago. Into the room, there is a small problem with the ants, small ants all over the kitchen.

We've stayed in resort before but first time in this bungalow. By far the best!! Really well equipped for a self catering holiday. Darius & Alirio are perfect hosts and are on hand at all times to help with any needs. Highly recommend this property. We will be returning for sure!

Darius and Alirio really have a lovely routine set up for their renters :D Soon after our booking, we received a lovely email with some more information and a PDF attached with everything we needed to know! So it was veeeery easy to find the place and get the keys. We could park the car very close. When we opened the door, some more infos on the surroundings and how the house worked, some snacks and drinks were waiting for us on the table. We really loved this nice little touch! The bungalow is in a gated community. It feels very secure and it's amazingly calm. The pool is only 50 meters from it. We were looking for a beautiful place where we could chill, cook and do some laundry. The place totally delivered and we do not hesitate to recommend it :D !

The water of the shower went cold pretty quickly. The patio door was very hard to lock (I couldn't do it, but my friend hopefully could), and there was a bit of a smell in bathroom, but we signaled all of this. Hope it gets fixed soon because it's a super comfy and lovely place! :)

The bungalow is very nice, newly renovated and has everything you need! We liked that we found also a welcome basket and that the manager was always available for any questions we had and he answered quickly, polite and always helpful! Cleaning services are available on request, but we managed very well :) We would definitely come back!
