The location is good, a quiet site with a play area for children and a bouncy castle which was inflated daily. The lodge was well equipped especially in the kitchen area which has been lacking in other places we’ve stayed. Being close to country, castles and coastal towns makes for an interesting stay.
Superficially the lodge was clean, but some areas would benefit from a deep clean. The switch for the fridge/freezer was by the door and had obviously been mistaken for an outside light switch as the freezer had defrosted and refrozen many times making it difficult to use the drawers (we had freezer packs for our picnic boxes).

Lovely spacious lodge, tastefully decorated with modern furniture.
Poor WiFi / signal. Hot tub lights didn’t work

We love staying here. The lodge is super clean with has a great hot tub. The living area is great for bigger families. Handy play area for the kids and everyone on the site we met was friendly. Handy location.
Nothing! In an ideal world there would be a dishwasher instead of a washing machine but thats being picky (!)

Pretty area and nice to have parking
The carpets are filthy and smell like urine. I believe alot of pets have been left in this house
