it’s neat and has all you need

beds could be upgraded to bit firmer, spring to soft

Nicely decorated
The beds - all of them were uncomfortable- springs coming through - sheets were bobbly -old and all of the hot water taps were a struggle to work. A plug socket in the kitchen was dangerously loose. And some of the windows didn’t shut so there was a constant draft.

Great location for walking into town.
Bedroom window in one twin didn’t close properly so noisy and cold.
Kitchen tap wouldn’t turn off properly so constantly dripping.
No lock on main bathroom door and lock on downstairs shower room kept breaking.
Just needs a bit of work done to get it back up to scratch.
Struggled to fit 2 cars behind property.

Great location, exceptionally clean and as described
Our only criticism which is very small is the top floor converted room had a sink and we think it would of benefited more if it had a shower and better clothes hanging space but do NOT let this put you off, in every other way it’s a great place to stay
