Location

House was full of mold. House was dirty. Refrigerator did not work. TVs of blink on and off when the refrigerator door was opened. Rottenwood on the decks everywhere. Rotten wood inside molded carpet in master Bedroom. Overall nastiness worst house on Isle of Palms. Complained nothing happened.

The location was perfect

We have several issues: The Air-conditioner was not working correctly. We had the service technician there several days in a row. The carpet in the master bedroom closet and hallway to the bath room was soaking wet. They placed huge fans in the room to dry the area, but did not work. The fans were loud and blocked access to the bathroom. Having a blind person maneuver around the obstacles on the floor was safety issue. Washer was broken and replaced several days into our stay Dry door was completely rusty. You don't want to use it with a new born baby The house sleeps 8 but only 6 dinning chairs The kitchen was hardly stocked. We complained to the management company but did not get any responds to our
