Questo aggiornato e ben curato per la casa vittoriana, con i suoi splendidi panorami sul mare, si erge su due acri privato alla fine di una stradina appartata. Il bel avvolgente portico offre un luogo rilassante per godersi maturare giardini ben curati, le iconiche torri faro singoli su Thacher Island, scenico Loblolly Cove e l'oceano oltre.
Il mangiare in una spaziosa cucina è la perfetta area di raccolta dove i cuochi designati possono preparare deliziosi pasti e non perdere mai di vista l'oceano. Un ampio soggiorno confina con la grande sala da pranzo con tavolo generoso e 10 posti a sedere. Al piano superiore, troverete un sacco di camere da letto per tutta la famiglia. Due camere da letto matrimoniale, un pieno / doppio, e due camere che dispongono di due letti singoli.
Dopo una giornata in spiaggia, si può godere la nostra nuova doccia esterna per pulire la sabbia. L'ampio cortile permette l'abbondanza di spazio per i giochi prato, attività di famiglia all'aria aperta e divertente. Proseguire a piedi lungo a Loblolly Cove dove si può mettere nel vostro kayak o stand up paddle board o nuotare a due spiagge di sabbia solo un mezzo miglio di distanza. Il villaggio di Rockport si trova a 1 1/2 miglia di distanza, con le sue gallerie d'arte, negozi di antiquariato, negozi di souvenir, ristoranti, un cinema e il famoso Shalin Liu centro arti dello spettacolo. Altre attrazioni allettanti includono le numerose cave di granito, l'Halibut Point State Park, i sentieri che conducono all'oceano e la bellissima costa rocciosa.

Me and my 9 girlfriends came for a long weekend to celebrate my bachelorette and this house was perfect! It has space to fit all of us (and then some more), it was a gorgeous home, the views were immaculate. We arrived a little earlier than scheduled and the team got us to check in early, and when one of the girls forgot something the cleaning team waited at the house for me to go back and grab it. They also helped jumped one of my friends car that died ! The team was amazing, the house was stunning everything about it was perfect. I highly recommend this place if you’re traveling with a big party !

Our family loved staying here, enjoyed spending time on the porch with the beautiful view. The pics on the website do not do it justice and bedrooms are equipped with many more doubles. We were there during hot weather and only complaint we would have is the lack of air conditioning on the 3rd floor. Beautiful view on the 3rd floor and great bed space, just too warm

Overall our family, especially our kids, had a good time at Seacroft. Our little kids loved exploring its various nooks and crannies as well as the abundant outdoor space. Location is good too with an easy walk down to Loblolly Cove and even Pebble Beach. Our biggest gripe was that the property and its contents are dated. The beds were comfortable but mattresses could use some flipping.

I do hope that the owner of this beautiful Victorian home reads this review. The positives: The washer/dryer was a fabulous surprise that was not clear in the listing. Lovely location for this private home down a dirt road, the porch absolutely makes the home and we spent the majority of our time there. The ever changing view and sunrises over Thatcher Island are incredible. The cafe lights and the hammock on the porch are lovely. Another positive for a big group is the multiple bedrooms, three toilets, two showers and ample room in the house. What I found disappointing is that the guest experience in this home can be greatly improved by the owners for probably $500. The screen In the screen door to the kitchen from the porch needs to be replaced. It is fully ripped and flows in the breeze despite someone’s attempt to use masking tape to fix it. The “doormat” at this door is a filthy bath mat???The kitchen, dining and living room areas are very dark. There were three lightbulbs in the kitchen completely out with no replacements around that we could find. The light fixture over the kitchen table has three working lightbulbs of extremely low wattage, they should be replaced and two more lamps in the living/dining area would make a world of difference. We bought knives because we could not cut through cooked chicken for dinner one night with the knives in the kitchen. Lastly, the toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom needs to be replaced. It is worn and discolored. This is a lovely house, just needs some TLC.
