We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and quiet with easy access to all the Roman sites. All the amenities were as described along with a few extras like umbrellas (which were needed with the sudden rain). The beds were comfortable and it was great to have room and privacy for the entire family. It was easy to walk or catch a taxi from this location. And the view of the coliseum at the end of the street was pretty special! Paolo greeted us when we arrived and walked us through the apartment, answered all our questions and arranged for return to the airport later in the week. (He arranged our pick up when we arrived too. Transportation was in a comfortable MB van, making the ride very enjoyable!). This exceeded my expectations - the accommodations were perfect, host is very responsive, and couldn't be in a better location! As for the unexpected - Paolo informed us when we arrived that WiFi in the bedrooms wasn't working (it worked in the common area) but he already called for service and it could probably be fixed remotely. (We arrived on the weekend.) However, the service people needed to come in the property to fix it on Monday. He called us first to be sure it would be ok for them to access the apartment and gained our approval before proceeding. By the time we returned from site seeing, the WiFi was fixed. He was very respectful and courteous and we appreciated the communication. This is a well managed apartment by an honest man. Enjoy your stay!

Paolo was a great host! He communicated and made sure we had everything we needed. We even used a couple of his favorite local restaurants for dinners. Excellent choices! Thank you again for a wonderful several days in Rome.

Excellent location for Colosseum and Palatine Hill area activities. We loved the local markets and foods, very tasty and convenient. The beds were comfy and air conditioning superb.

We had 12 magical days in Rome with our family of 5. 3 daughters from ages 21-32 This was an excellent location with a view of the colosseum as soon as you step out to the street. Apartment is just as it appears in the pics although a little narrower but I expected that. Clean and quiet. Paolo was super responsive to any question and he helped us immensely in getting a private driver for a day trip. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was just as described. Beds comfortable and AC is cold in every room. Loved the washer but the dryer was terrible- beat to hang clothes up to dry. Kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook. Elevator was great since it is on the 5th floor/ Paolo was very attentive the whole time and even met us there upon arrival. Warning- beware many pickpockets on metro. My wallet was lifted by 2 girls working together. Don’t talk to anyone- just do your thing and ignore the other people.

Central to everything - We walked to all the sites. Paolo couldn’t have been more helpful, making reservations and answering questions. The apartment is well equipped beyond basics, making the stay so easy. Highly recommend!

Paolo was a fantastic host, incredibly helpful and friendly - and he recommended a fabulous restaurant that became our favorite in Rome! The apartments were wonderfully located, clean, and modern in a beautiful historic building. Wifi worked great, very fast. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while exploring Rome! We will definitely stay here again!

The property was bright clean and airy. Living area slightly smaller than we would have liked but couldn't fault the accommodation in any other way. Crisp linen, gorgeous hot showers and good sized bedrooms. Perfect location , just a few minutes walk to Colosseum, bars, restaurants and ATM. Paolo is the most wonderful host who really cared that we had a good experience. Paolo was over and above what you would expect from a host and we cant thank him enough for our stay. Highly recommend

The property was bright clean and airy. Living area slightly smaller than we would have liked but couldn't fault the accommodation in any other way. Crisp linen, gorgeous hot showers and good sized bedrooms. Perfect location , just a few minutes walk to Colosseum, bars, restaurants and ATM. Paolo is the most wonderful host who really cared that we had a good experience. Paolo was over and above what you would expect from a host and we cant thank him enough for our stay. Highly recommend

We loved the location. We were so close to the Colosseum. A couple doors from “Iside” a great place for breakfast and good dinner places a few blocks away. Paolo was there to greet and orient us to the apartment. The only negatives were the old fashioned elevator broke down everyday but was fixed quickly. We got great exercise 😊

Cozy flat, secure building, great location for seeing the sites
We only spent two nights in Rome but thanks to Paulo’s hospitality and his nice flat conveniently located to many really impressive sites - most especially the Colosseum and Palatine Hill - we had a great time. Three nice beds for six of us, and a very useful kitchen with all we needed. Lots of nice little shops and restaurants right near by - Hostia Clementini, in particular, was fantastic for food and service.

Great clean apartment and helpful staff
The apartment is as advertised with all the aminities it boast. Paolo is the best. He’s very helpful and sees to it everything is in working order and that you are taken care of. He gives great guidance on where to go and what to do as well. The property is a great value!

The inside was modern and very comfortable.
Paolo was a great communicator during the run up to our trip. We were met outside the property and shown places to visit and eat on a map. The laundry was great to have and the bakery down below had excellent croissants and espresso every morning! The location was very convenient to all tourists sites and some great restaurants! When I go back to Roma, I will be staying here again!!!

Great host, great location, comfortable accommodation.
We loved staying at the apartment. It was a perfect location to the best of Rome’s sites. Very comfortable with AC in each room. It was unusually warm in Italy when we were there so this was essential. It was a great space with our 2-year old.
Our host Paolo was very accommodating and available for questions. He was one of the reasons I chose this accommodation and he did not disappoint. He provided great info including a google map with recommendations.
Overall, we would stay here again and highly recommend any accommodation Paolo has to offer.

Amazing stay
Very nice apartment, super clean very well maintained! The host Paolo super accommodating and very informative made our arrival, stay and departure very easy with transfers and city Information. Great location, great management,clean, very good price for what you get.
Fifth floor appartement with pleanty of room. We had 2 couples and 3 teenage boys and it worked out fine. Two bathrooms and A/C ( each of the 3 bedrooms and the kitchen had individual units ) made the deal for us. Large well equipped kitchen with place for 8 at the table.
The only thing that I could think of as negative would be the tiny elevator, but in old cities such as Rome one should be happy to have an elevator at all.

Great location and really beautiful apartment!
Paolo was great to work with and he went out of his way to help in any way. Our flight didn't get in until midnight and Paolo was nice enough to meet us at the apartment. The apartment is close to the Coliseum and all of Ancient Rome. Thank you Paolo for a great experience!

Great location!
Location was perfect. House was extremely clean. Coming from America the showers were really small for us but we managed. There were 5 beds in total, so plenty of sleeping space for our group of 6.

Perfect Location and Super Clean!
The property was very clean and in a perfect location for walking to many of the must see sites of Ancient Rome! We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to this beautiful city!
