Property was as advertised. Great place. Location is phenomenal. Basically walking distance from Vandy, Music Row, The Gulch and an easy Uber from downtown. The hosts were great, very responsive and took care to check in with us and make sure everything was great. Highly recommended.

Fun multi story bachelor pad for big groups. Super close to Nashville and the fetti group sprinter rides was the way to go for our 14 people. Walked to the gulch a few times too. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of these houses was safe and with easy access to locations around the city. We took Ubers and pick up was always fast.
The homes were clean and bright, and the kitchen was fully equipped.
The downstairs bedroom in each unit would be better for kids. It only has a half bath, so whoever uses that room will have to shower in one of the bathrooms attached to the bedrooms on the third floor.
The upstairs bedrooms are gorgeous with spacious closets and lovely attached bathrooms.
Owners were kind and accommodating.
