Loved the location which was walking distance from the beach and close to most restaurants.

Street parking if you’re lucky enough to find a spot! Very noisy even with windows closed! No outdoor light which is a safety issue considering the people that walk around at night. Property manager is extremely picky and will charge you extra for sand or dog hair on the floor! I’m currently disputing an extra 100 charge for candles and dirty towels which I have no idea what they are referring to. I left the place cleaner than I found it; the property manager obviously running a scam!

My wife and I came down to SD for a long weekend to celebrate her birthday and stayed at the condo in OB. We found that the condo exceeded expectations and had an amazing location being only 1 block from OB. The host was very attentive and made us feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will be interested in staying here again in the future.

We loved it- loved dog beach. Area is a bit loud and a lot of airplane noise.

It was loud with traffic on Friday night. The apartment is very hot because the sun beams right on it all afternoon. Beach is very close. Owner is extremely nice and accommodating. The step down into the courtyard is very steep so be careful. Beach chairs and umbrella were fantastic!

Overall, the property was nicely maintained and stocked with necessary hardware. Wifi was fast. TV channels don't include national news, so bring a tablet to watch online. The amount of rules listed by the owner was irritating since these were not agreed to before signing up. Simplify this list to: "Smoking, excessive sand, or pet hair will result in a separate cleaning fee." Also, using the word "negligence" when referring to guests' potential behavior is inappropriate in a hospitality setting. (Though, I dont know if this is common for Californian VRBOs.)

The property was a absolutely perfect for our vacation. It was very clean, equipped (from the kitchen to the shoe rack), central to everything in Ocean Beach and a very quick walk to the beach! The owner was so very accommodating. We were given guidance on everything from restaurants to parking. Great VRBO experience. Highly recommend this place!

This place was fantastic , a block away from the dog beach and a couple blocks away from the pier.

Great experience! host was very responsive and accommodating. the place was super clean, kitchen was very updated, tv and wifi all worked great. Very easy to get around town with uber. Boogie boards in the unit were a lot of fun on the beach. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stay near the beach.

I enjoyed my stay. The apt was clean and well furnished. It really worked well for me to be close to downtown for the conference and close to the restaurants at the beach. There was no need for a rental car as I was close to everything.

3 adults total on this trip and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. The owner was very proactive and extremely accommodating for us. As the other owners stated, the location is just a few blocks from the beach and we were an easy walk to any type of food we wanted. There are some really neat bars just a few blocks down from the house. We used Uber to get around to other places so parking wasn't an issue but it seemed like there was plenty of parking on the street. The beds were very comfortable and the place was spotless when we arrived. I would highly recommend and would stay here again for sure on a return trip.

Just spent five nights at this lovely place with my family, which includes two tweens. A few of the things to highlight: - the place was very clean, comfortable and extremely well stocked (not only the coffee/tea and a few basics in the kitchen, but the bathroom had a number of toiletry items you don't even get in a hotel) - the owner was not only very responsive (when I did have questions, I received an answer via text immediately), but also very proactive (but not intrusive). Always texting me if going to be unavailable and providing an alternative contact. Sending me ideas of attractions and restaurants. - the location is fantastic: Two blocks from the beach, a short walk from the street with groceries and restaurants, and short drives to everywhere else. And if you like dogs, like I do, this location is particularly amazing. Dogs everywhere! Three small things for people to consider: - the area itself is quite noisy. Just lots of people, cars, etc. So if you want complete quiet, you might want something less urban. We didn't mind it, but I can imagine it might be noticeable. - if you have a car, it is only street parking, which at busy times (weekends) can require circling a bit, or parking several blocks away. We always found a spot, and the weather is so amazing, we didn't mind it, but just be aware. - the overview said there was a washer/dryer, and one reviewer also mentioned it. However, there isn't a washer/dryer anymore. There is a laundromat a couple blocks away. The owner said they'd check the overview. Overall - a great place to stay if you are visiting San Diego and like being near a beach.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with this condo! It is beautiful inside and had everything we could have possibly wanted. Very modern with a full kitchen. Walking distance to the beach and nearby shops. My dog loved it! Despite no assigned parking, we had no trouble findings nearby spots for our two vehicles. The property owner is extremely easy to work with and is very flexible. Great experience! I hope to stay here again some day.

This property was in perfect condition and the property manager was very responsive. Everything seemed to be brand new/freshly renovated. From the kitchen appliances and utensils to the furniture and flooring and even the boogie boards in the closet, everything appeared new and exceptionally clean. Great location - minutes to the beach. We arrived on Memorial Day which made street parking difficult that day, but had no problems parking close the rest of the stay. Large washer and dryer in courtyard was great. Really the only critique would be that the cleaning crew left towels in one of the washers and one of the dryers for a couple days. My kids have voted this their favorite property in OB and we have been coming now for about 5 years.

A lovely, high end condo with an exceptional location. Everything was included from toiletries to boogie boards. The owner was very responsive. The only downside was that there was no dedicated parking - a real challenge for this location.

Breakfast & dinner are in walking distance, the ocean is a block away & so is a dog beach. Hostess was easy to work with & super responsive. Great place
