Questa deliziosa residenza dispone di due televisori a grande schermo dotati di cavo Comcast. Questa casa a schiera è stata completamente ristrutturata con tutti i nuovi infissi, bagni, vernici, moquette, piastrelle in ceramica, nuovi ripiani e nuovi elettrodomestici da cucina per includere un forno a microonde incorporato. C'è anche una macchina per il caffè in cucina. Questa casa a schiera si trova nei condomini TowneClub che si trova vicino a una grande varietà di negozi, ristoranti e divertimenti. Meglio di tutto, è a pochi passi dal Augusta National. Non è permesso fumare e gli animali domestici.

Just what we needed over Christmas.

The location of the property was perfect and neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The check in process itself was easy we just had to contact the manager because we didn't receive the check in email. The property managers communication was great, she was prompt to respond anytime we had a question. The check in time stated online was earlier than what the manger told us it was.So we had to drive around for a bit to wait to get in. The carpet was freshly vacuumed but the edges around the base boards had packed dust/dirt and debris in all the rooms and the stairs which makes it look dirty. The upstairs bathroom floor had old dirt/dust in the corners and edges of the floor too. It appears it just needs a good deep cleaning. The kitchen had dried spaghetti sauce sporadically on the counter and there was huge pieces of chopped veggies from the previous renter in the garbage disposal that didn't even work. There was not a dish cloth provided to hand wash dishes and the pans had dried food stuck to them. We had to be rewash them before using. I was very disappointed that there was not a coffee maker. The pool house was nice and pool area was nice too. The unfortunate side to the pool was that the water was cloudy/murky.We understand that can happen from time to time with pools but thought it was worth mentioning.
Over all we were happy with or stay but feel the details and fine cleaning need to be addressed...oh and add a coffee maker...coffee is almost everyone's love language.

This property is in a great area with close access to the highway, lots of restaurants, and downtown Augusta. It is a terrific space with really great owners; I had a quick question and sent them a text message of the days. They responded super fast and seemed genuinely happy to answer. Recommended!

This condo was excellent and very clean. Pool was very nice and not crowded, surprisingly.

Convient to all store and local attractions
The house was clean the issue was the tvs they weren’t checked to make sure they were in working order as I the remotes needed batteries there was a issue getting in the ckub house to get to the pool. And the neighbors dog was insanely loud and barked continuously.

The location of the condo was perfect for our needs - size was sufficient; very good location. At check-in time - I had still not received the check-in information. A call to the host resulted in a sincere apology and immediate forwarding of the information. The condo itself was as described and clean with everything you could need in the kitchen. It could use some updating (fresh coat of paint and carpet replaced). Really my only complaint with the stay was that the host did not respond any of my messages that I sent through VRBO. In all my past VRBO experiences - the host response was 100% and in a very timely manner. None of my questions for the host were critical but would have appreciated responses. Would I stay here again - probably...

This property is very tired and outdated. Part of the description said 2 bedrooms 2 baths; that was not the case. The carpet is very "tired". The blinds did not work. The AC couldn't keep the upstairs cool. It was a good deal on the dollars spent and the location is good, but that's it! The silverfish were there!

Great place to sleep after a long day as a 'Patron" . The owner was fantastic and took care of cable/ internet issues we had.

Long weekend to visit grandkids. Condo is perfect for them to stay with us since the guest room has twin beds. Great location. Plenty of room to spread out or just visit. We are repeat guests and will definitely stay again in the future.

The condo was as advertised, nice separation of space, what was a great little bonus were all the little extras! Bottled water in the fridge, snacks, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, and more! The owner is super responsive and communicative

Clean condo & quiet neighborhood
This condo receives an A+ is our book. I will definitely stay again. It is conveniently located just behind the Augusta National, and everything you need (groceries, gas and restaurants) are close by. We look forward to returning!

Exellent Property in a Great location
This location was perfect for us. Located near plenty of shopping and restaurants. The property is nicely decorated and very neat and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and within a gated community. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our inquiries. I will surely stay here again when visiting Augusta. Thank you Koli for providing such nice accommodations and being a great host.

Overall nice condo. Great location. Very convenient & quiet. Shower curtain liner & bedding could really use replacing though.

Nice place
We enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room. However there was not a king size bed as advertised. There was a queen bed in one bedroom and two singles pushed together in the other. This unit was ok but just a little more TLC needed on interior.
