Questo condominio a più livelli con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni è come una casa privata! Dall'ingresso è possibile passare alla zona giorno aperta con un patio coperto con vista sull'oceano. L'ampia zona giorno può facilmente ospitare una famiglia che si riunisce con l'area di intrattenimento e la comoda sala da pranzo. Anche a questo livello c'è la cucina ben attrezzata, perfetta per uno spuntino veloce o per preparare un pasto da gustare sul lanai. Il divano del soggiorno si apre su un divano letto queen size in grado di ospitare 2 persone. Al piano inferiore ci sono due camere da letto, ognuna con il proprio lanai e una lavanderia separata a grandezza naturale. Pochi passi in più è la suite padronale privata - con lanai vista giardino privato. Vuoi fare un tuffo rinfrescante? La piscina di The Palms of Wailea è una breve passeggiata attraverso i giardini tropicali. Vuoi passeggiare lungo una lunga spiaggia sabbiosa? Il "gioiello" della spiaggia di Kihei- Keawakapu è anche a pochi passi dalla struttura. Questa proprietà ha qualcosa per tutti Maui perfetto scappare! W30331236-01

My family had a great stay at this conveniently located condo. Quiet except for a busy road nearby. Plenty of room for 6 people. Lots of towels and dishes.

Host is goodTownhouse is a long way from the pool and pool is up a steep hill. 15 minute walk to beachTownhouse is a bit cluttered and needs significant upgrades in the bathrooms. Overall the unit is dated and tired . It was clean and well supplied. However the thermostat was locked and could not be adjustedThe bidet in the master had a sign on it “do not use”TV system was quirky but we figured it out. However You need to put in your on logins to stream and we never figured out how to get local channels but not a big deal. Furniture was moderately comfortable. TV is small for a family room. There were beach chairs there however some were broken. Beds were not comfortable for us and the condo is quite dated. Kitchen was well equipped and worked well.Be aware. A busy road goes by the unit so road noise is a significant issue even at night. View from the upstairs patio is ok, you can barely see some ocean through tree canopy. It’s a functional unit but quirky. Not as good or as nice as we had hoped for. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for our family.
