Beautiful contemporary hilltop home with impressive panoramic view and pool
Casa contemporanea unica e totalmente privata che si trova su una collina ventilata di 3 acri con vista meravigliosa e piscina privata, paradiso per il birdwatching, luogo ideale per esplorare il distretto di Cayo. 2 ampie camere da letto e una piccola, 2 bagni, 3 ampi ponti e giardino interno. Situato in posizione strategica a soli 2 miglia di distanza dal principale hub di ecoturismo (città di San Ignacio), ma sembra lontano. Soffitti molto alti, stanze ventilate, amache, sedie a sdraio, percorsi da giardino per passeggiare proprio fuori, ecc.
Gita di un giorno da casa (tutti!) :
Avventure divertenti in acqua e sport: tubazioni di diramazione di grotte, grotta ATM, cascata di grandi rocce, grotta di Rio Frio, caduta di 100 piedi, equitazione, kayak sul fiume Mopan.
Archeologia: grotta ATM, Xunantunich, Caracol, Cahal Pech, El Pilar, Tikal Guatemala
Fauna e natura: zoo del Belize, Green Iguana Conservation Farm, giardino botanico del Belize presso Duplooy, fattoria delle farfalle.
Speleologia: grotta Barton Creek, grotta Che Chem ha, grotta Rio Frio, grotta Actun Chapat.

This house was perfect. It's one of the cleanest houses we've ever had the pleasure of staying at and the setting was beautiful. The hosts clearly care for this home. Highlights: breakfast on the deck with the sunrise, toucans in the trees, multiple hammocks for relaxing, a nice path to the end of the property, amazing view, and cool breezes at night. Open up the wall of glass doors and the windows and it was extremely pleasant. The house is spacious and our family of four was very comfortable. We loved the cool pool after returning from touring all day. All the necessities like towels, cookware, and bottled water are provided. Consuelo is a gem and I highly recommend requesting she cook a meal for you. She's lovely and the dinner was a treat.

Great location that is convenient to town (5 min. drive to grocery store) but with large private grounds and great bird watching. House and property are wonderfully designed and the kitchen well-equipped. Host and housekeeper are very responsive, pleasant, and helpful.

The house was amazing with a beautiful view. If you like watching birds with your morning coffee this is A+. Super friendly and helpful with any questions you have. Good location for the trips to Xunantunich and ATM caves.

Wow! This house is AMAZING! It is the coolest concept design, a stunning location, and the host, Katia and her helper Consuelo did a phenomenal job welcoming us. Communication was top notch. This house is a rare find big enough to host a family with three teens. Lots of space to take a break!The only cons- only one bedroom room has AC. Absolutely no big deal in the cooler months, but if you aren't acclimated to BZ heat it might get toastier. The floor plan is definitely designed to keep the breeze flowing through the house and there are plenty of fans. There was no hot tub as advertised, but the infinity pool is extra cool!!
