This house was the perfect place for us to start making new family memories. My husband’s mother passed in July and his Dad ten months prior to that. After selling the family home in Iowa this September we committed to gathering everyone and this place was perfect! We were 2 families (ours 6 and my sister-in-law’s 4) and we were able to have an uncle (who lives near-by) join for Thanksgiving dinner. Plenty of activities for our twenty something kids with pool table, hot tub, zip line and gorgeous (and well equipped) kitchen. The TV access was a struggle to watch football and the location a bit remote (if you want to go out nightly.) Megan was very available to answer all our questions and she was so kind to keep in touch before and during our stay. It’s a beautiful family home and many new memories were made! Would recommend to friends and family and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. The property accommodated our one traveler who needed accommodations. First floor bedroom was perfect for her. Enjoyed the spaciousness and the views from windows. Had two piano players with us so the piano was a bonus as well as the guitar. House nicely decorated.

We had a wonderful stay. The kids had a blast. There was so much to do around the property we didn't feel the need to ever leave! The kids really enjoyed feeding/watering the chickens and bunnies. The playroom was amazing, the art room was amazing. Just all around perfect! Wish we could have booked a longer stay! The owners were super nice and had provided more than we needed.

This was perfect. The arrival was greeted with fresh flowers among many other perfect touches. There is many things to do whether adults or kids. The host is just amazing. She helped with every detail of our arrival. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

We had 13, kids ages 6 months to 14. The property was perfect for us. Beautiful home. Tons to do at the property, The kids loved the trampoline, zipline, swingset, etc. We had a family baseball game in the back yard. All in all, couldn't have been better.

This home is in a gorgeous setting with wild lavender, beautiful hillside, and pine trees everywhere. The peacefulness is inside the home too with beautiful furnishings and wonderful games and activities for the kids. We took our kids and grandkids there for a week stay and they did not want to leave. I can’t say enough about this home! Honestly, we will be talking about this place for a very long time!

Our stay at this wonderful property was exactly what our family was looking for. We were in Colorado for my son's graduation from the Air Force Academy. The house was in short distance to the Academy, so it was easy to attend the events.
The property was filled with many features that kept my grandchildren happy & excited. A playroom, art room, swing set, seesaw, a chicken coop with eggs to gather, bunnies, soccer field and a zipline.
We had lots of space for the entire family and thoroughly enjoyed spending time together.
We were blessed to have found the perfect property to make incredible memories.

It was wonderful to have so many activities for the kids. Even after a day of sight seeing, there was no downtime for them. The home is lovely and the kitchen was perfect. We appreciated the pantry space provided. We ate many meals on the deck with its beautiful views. Enjoyed the sweet touch of fresh flowers. Our evenings were gathered around the fire pit and enjoying s'mores.

Fabulous Family Fun
Of all the properties we have stayed at over many years of visiting Colorado Springs, this was the most family friendly. There were so many things to do on and around the property and the homeowners were kind and customer centric. They went above expectation to make us feel welcome and were very accommodating. We had a really great 9 days. Thank you Megan and Jared!

Incredible time at an amazing home
The house is unbelievable! Beautiful, luxurious home with country charm is how I would describe it. 5 main bedrooms with lots of beds and space(lots!!!) awesome kitchen with a fully stocked pantry with lots of stuff for the guest to use. Plates and cups that can serve a party of 50. Great for large groups!!! Lots of fun stuff from kids to adults. The most amazing thing about this place, the host!!! Megan and Jared are the best! If there is availability, it won’t last for long. We will certainly be back! Thank you Megan and Jared for your wonderful hospitality.

Wonderful property especially for family/ large group with children. The house is beautifully kept and brimming with every possible amenity to make for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kids enjoyed the house so much they often didn’t want to leave to see all the sites around Colorado Springs.

The home is on a large lot so we were able to play sports outside and enjoy each other’s company with lots of room to spare. The host was also very communicative and accessible. I would highly recommend this property.

Something else I loved was that while there was enough room for us all to gather for meals and hanging out, there was also enough private space so that we weren't on top of each other and could retreat to our own separate areas. There was so much to do indoors, outdoors, and in the area in general! Megan was absolutely wonderful in communicating with us and helping us answer any questions we had. The only thing that wasn't perfect is that the treehouse that was advertised was locked and wasn't able to be used. However, I did not reach out about this, so it may have been unintentional or an easy fix if I had asked. My kids had an absolute ball here, and despite there being sports, games, a zipline and a trampoline, I think their very favorite thing were the adorable chickens and bunnies. This place was just overall very relaxing. We didn't have to worry about anything and could focus on each other, which was the point! I've already recommended this home to others and hope to come back someday! Big thanks to our awesome hosts.

Fantastic Experience

Our family LOVED staying at this home, it was amazing, beautiful and comfortable. We were there during winter break, and between the tire swing, toys and downstairs game room, there was always something to do. I would bring my family back here again for another holiday trip.

My family and I had an amazing time at this stunning home! Megan was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay; even going the extra mile to suggest activities and grocery stores. This family home is delightful and was perfect for us. Plenty of space and loads of things to do. The view off the back deck is amazing. Our family spent endless hours outside on the swings, trampoline, and zipline. And taking care of the chickens was fun, too! Highly recommended.

Family vacation
10 kids and 10 adults stayed. Would have liked to be able to use the closets but made do with clothes rack. If you plan on cooking all your meals and have 20 people don’t buy all your groceries at once. The refrigerator is large but drinks take up a lot of space. The kids loved all the animals nearby and made good use of the zip line. The owners are great to work with. We had a great time.

Perfect family reunion
17 family members between the ages of 2 & 80 gathered for a family reunion and memorial. Megan’s house provided the perfect place for a restorative weekend for all. The kids had so much fun on the trampoline, zip line, and in the upstairs playroom. The adults loved relaxing on the patio. The house had plenty of dishes and utensils for a large gathering and the owners could not have been more generous. This house is really special and we feel so fortunate to have found it!

Great holiday getaway location
Megan was very nice and helpful throughout the process. Place was fully stocked, clean and full of amenities. In fact I never left the property for the 5 days as it had tons of activities to keep us busy.

This is a GREAT home!!!
If 10 Stars were available I would still want to give more stars. This home is a perfect home for families and children. This year we had our Thanksgiving at this home with 10 adults and 10 children that ranged from 2-17. On the first night there was a snow storm that dropped about 18 inches of snow at the house but the driveway and sidewalks were cleared by late morning. (if a big snowstorm is forecast I would recommend a bigger vehicle for this area as the lower cars would struggle and possibly get stuck in spots and side streets so just keep an eye on the weather and your car rental choice). You would think 20 people in a home would be overwhelming, not here, there is so much space and the layout allowed everyone to have space. We had 10 children at the house, but we never saw them because they were always doing something in one of the many play areas from the arts and craft room, to games downstairs, to the tire swing and toy room upstairs. I think the kids had the most fun of all and none of them wanted to leave. The favorite for the adults was sitting on the couch by the fireplace, watching a Christmas movie or two and playing cards at the big kitchen table. The kitchen was fully stocked and Megan was quick to respond to anything that we needed. This house lived up to all of the previous reviews and we are glad that we booked it. For our family this house was Perfect!!! Highly Recommend!!!
