The apartment was wonderful. It sat right up on the bluff overlooking the Yellowstone river. We got up in the morning to watch fly fisherman fishing and the mountains in the background. We’d highly recommend this place. Perfect for the 3 of us.

We returned to our very favorite Water House for our annual winter in Yellowstone trip. It is such an elegant and comfortable spot, our comfort zone before heading to the Park and our refuge from the cold and adventures of our day! Thanks for another grand trip.

This spot was absolutely breathtaking! The views were so beautiful! Mountains, river and animals! The house was great…everything was updated and met all of our needs. The beds were super comfortable! The pull out couch was the best pullout I’ve ever slept on…thick memory foam mattress. Can’t wait to go back! The owner was very helpful throughout the entire stay 😊

Excellent house for a family holiday vacation in Yellowstone. The view and access to the park cannot be beat. We had elk and deer daily outside our place. The place was clean and as described. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. Hot water in bathroom could be a bit hotter for showers. Great host communication. Easy to get in and check-out.

Fabulous view with a location right by the North entrance to Yellowstone. Had everything we needed to rest and have a Basecamp for enjoying the park. Listing is accurate. I was not expecting the elk to be so abundant! Nice surprise, but I bet annoying to the residents.

The view of the Yellowstone River is amazing! The property is roomy, very clean and well appointed. The owner was extremely helpful and very pleasant. We would absolutely recommend this property. It was a great experience!

For friends and I went to go see Yellowstone park and we stayed at the water house cabin. The owner was there to greet us and show us everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable and beautiful inside with windows for the wonderful view of the river. We had a great time I recommend it.

We stayed here one night during our tour of Yellowstone, Grand Tetons and Glacier NPs. I wish we could have stayed longer at this beautiful property. The interior was beautifully decorated and comfortable but the deck was a magical. We sat outside listening to the Gardiner river watching elk graze on the other side. I highly recommend this property, our stay here was a highlight in a trip that was full of highlights.

The vrbo condo was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked, the condo was clean, plenty of fresh towels, the view/location on the Yellowstone River is awesome! Can't have a better view! There is one small market in the town of Gardiner which seems to have all of what you need. Not many good restaurants there though. Wonderland Cafe is the best, opens at 4:30 for dinner. show up at 4:30 get your name on the list or be seated then for an early dinner. You cannot call ahead for seating or reservations.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting the Northern loop of Yellowstone NP. It was immaculate and beautiful. We enjoyed the back balcony with a perfect view of the river. The location was perfect for both the entrance to the park as well as town restaurants and shops. Owner was great to work with and we would definitely stay there again!

I asked my wife if I should give a horrible review so that no one would want to rent and we would have any week that we wanted.
We were watching Elk every evening from the patio.
We were walking distance to the Roosevelt arch.
We were able to do day trips into the park with no issues.
Patrik, the host, is extremely cordial and informative.
Patrik's dogs are a hoot, especially the GSP. My wife was sitting on the corner of the patio closest to the river one evening Knitting and he came bounding over and launched himself into her lap like he was a toy dog.
The house is fantastic! Do yourself a favor and close the shades during the day to keep the heat from the sun down. Do yourself a favor and keep all of the windows open at night so you can sleep to cool breezes and the sound of the river in the background.
Gardiner is NOT a foodies mecca. If you are a food pack it in. There is a general store there but it's not like having Whole Paychek, I mean whole Foods, Wegman's or other decent grocery chains in the area.
We were honestly very sad to leave the area.

The property was fantastic! Amazing views from every window. The house was VERY clean, comfortable beds, extra lines/towels. Short walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the grocery store. Highly recommend staying here!!!

This is one of our favorite properties we have ever visited. The view from the house is unbelievable. It was perfect for our family of five and the location can't be beat! We could walk to the little town for coffee in the morning and dinner at night. We saw Elk on the way to town almost every day. You also can't beat the location to the Yellowstone entrance. The owners of the property were very responsive and everything was just perfect. Highly, highly recommend this property. Don't wait to book though because you WILL miss out!

This property was the highlight of our trip! The house was in pristine condition, and exactly was it was described. Perfect location, beautiful scenery, and very easy access to the North entrance of Yellowstone. The owners were great and provided great information. I almost don't want to tell you how amazing this place is, as I want to come back year after year (not reasonable but definitely a wish haha)! The view from the deck and kitchen/dining room is absolutely breathtaking! We literally sat and watched baby elk with their mothers at the river's edge and it didn't even seem real. The proximity to the park and location to everything in town is incredible. The interior is beautiful, beds are so comfortable after a long day of exploring, rain shower is so refreshing, and a list of other wonderful words I could say about this amazing home. So thankful we had the chance to stay here!

Conveniently located to park and within walking distance of most of Gardiner. View from the condo is gorgeous! We saw elk and fox playing in the field across the street. Owner was very easy to get ahold of. Just wish I had known its only one full bath, but we made it work.

Both the property and hosts were wonderful. Location is perfect to walk to everything local and access the park. Coming home to relax on the deck over the river was the perfect end to a long day exploring Yellowstone. 12/10 recommend!

Property was the BEST location! Easy walk to everything (shops, drinks, food, North entrance, etc).The back deck is amazing to relax after your day. Patrik and Sarah have thought of everything - the place was very clean, had everything you could possibly need. Beds were super comfortable. We don't usually cook on vacation but we grilled out steaks one night; the market had good priced steaks. Patrik and Sarah are both so sweet and helpful. Gave us some recommendations that really made the trip. We would definitely stay at their VRBO again! If you are considering this VRBO - you will NOT be disappointed.

Wish we had a few more days to stay and go rafting! Perfect spot to walk around Gardiner, access YNP, and go to Yellowstone Hot Springs (worth it).
We had one night of perfect sunset and a second night of storms- both awesome to sit and watch from all the windows over the river!

The condo was beautiful! The 4 of us stayed 4 nights. It had all the amenities you could need. The location is great . Its just minutes to Jackson Hole and the Grand Tetons. Will definitely go back.

Patrik and Sarah were excellent, communicative hosts and they have a lovely home! The view from the deck was incredible and we were able to see all sorts of wildlife just from there. Walking distance to stores and restaurants in Gardiner. The hosts also recommended a tour with Yellowstone Wonders which our group really enjoyed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The residence was very clean with plenty of space to relax in. The gas fireplace was the perfect place to cozy up to with a cup of wonderful coffee provided by our host. The view was no less than amazing, we watched many different animals right from the dining room window. Just minutes away from Yellowstone National Park we were able to spend the day in the park and return without endless traveling. A great spot to land!

My husband and I stayed here for a week to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The place was perfect and the location could not have been better. The coffee they supplied in the house was the best we've ever had.
