Vieni a goderti il ​​nostro appartamento al piano terra con 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni completamente attrezzati senza gradini o scale. Splendida vista sul bellissimo e tranquillo giardino lussureggiante e uno scorcio del golfo dal lanai. Facilmente uscire dal lanai del nostro condominio al primo piano per la piscina di dimensioni OLIMPIA RISCALDATA e Golfo del Messico per raccogliere le tue conchiglie.

Questa unità è perfetta per coppie con un letto matrimoniale nel master e un letto matrimoniale e due letti nella camera degli ospiti e un divano letto nel soggiorno adatto ai bambini. La nostra unità ha una pianta aperta con un sacco di camera a gomito, una cucina completamente attrezzata, in camera lavatrice / asciugatrice e un lanai schermato in bella con nuovi mobili da giardino. Abbiamo TV a schermo piatto e lettori DVD in salotto e in entrambe le camere da letto con l'aggiunta di un BluRay nel soggiorno e, naturalmente, WiFi gratuito! Sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni sono disponibili per i nostri ospiti.

Loggerhead Cay è convenientemente situato sulla desiderabile East End di Sanibel! Offriamo una piscina riscaldata in loco, tennis, barbecue e shuffleboard. Consentiamo 1 cane di piccola taglia (25 sterline e meno senza NESSUNA ECCEZIONE PER REGOLE DI ASSUNZIONE PER CONDOMINI) con permesso e quota.

The condo was very clean and well furnished. It had everything we needed. Close to restaurants and shopping. Had a great time.

The condo was very nice an clean. Everythi.g was provided that you would need. Beach towels chairs, umbrella. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook. Beach was a 10 min walk from condo. Best vacation ever!!! Would definitely recommend.

The owner of the condo has excellent communication. I had a minor issue and it was resolved immediately. The condo was clean, welcoming and quiet. You can not hear the people above or to your side. It’s the ground floor which is amazing as far as loading and unloading beach items, and no steps to unload the car. The showers were clean and the water pressure was great. The front bedroom was a big dark as it is only lit by a single lamp, the kids didn’t mind. The kitchen had all of the supplies we needed for the week as we did cook at times. The one cup coffee maker was tricky for me. I thought I could fill it up like a Keurig, nope! Only fill it up for how much you want for that one cup of coffee. It will keep brewing until the water is gone:). The washer made a lot of noise, but was excellent to have as I washed items daily with 5 of us there. The dryer dried everything on the first cycle. Internet never went out on us, and we didn’t watch tv while we were there. Floors were clean and free of sand and dirt. The pool is just a short walk away. Overall we would 100% rent this exact condo again.

We have been using VRBO for several years and unfortunately this year's vacation was not at all pleasant. From the cleanliness to appliance issues. These are the issues we had: 1. There was dust on every surface of the condo, from the furniture, to ceiling fans, to ceilings and walls. 2. The floors were dirty and NOT mopped. Sand every where. 3. Rugs were filthy, full of dirt, sand and dust balls. So much so we had to roll them up our selves and remove them from living spaces. 4. Bathrooms (both) were dirty, counters, hairs on floor and shower, cabinets looked like sometning had been speed on them, mirrors as well. 5. Both showers had a bad odor and were clogged. We had to buy Drano so thatt black grud didnt fill the shower as we bathe. 6. Dining room table (glass top) was wiped with something dirty but never cleaned below. You could see food smudges. 7. Kitchen counters were dirty, food in corners , wiped around appliances. The cabinets inside and out were dirty. Mishmosh of things in some cabinets. 8. Broom closet was filthy (would be better served as storage) since there was no storsge for groceries. 9. Refrigerator started making an explosion sound at 2am in the morning on Wednesday and didnt stop for 2 hours. Then freezer started to not work. 10. The dryer NEVER worked. We ran out of clean clothes and had to buy. 11. Front bedroom VERY dark - needs more lights. 12. Outside patio had more sand on the floor and tables. Beach xhsirs were rusty,torn and we could barely use 3. 13. Storage closet next to washer & dryer was FILTHY and we could not use. 14. There was trash under the beds and sofa in living room. Overall it was not a pleasant trip. If I were the owner i would not be happy with the maintenance of this property. We will NOT be returning to this unit.

Listing described the property completely. We are a family of 5. There are plenty of beach towels, sand toys, chairs and even a beach cart. The kitchen is well stocked. We normally eat in the majority of time. This unit even had a crock pot which is a great for families like ours. We will definitely be back!
