Posto fantastico, economico, in posizione perfetta, per vacanze con amici, coppie, famiglie e compagni di immersioni! 3BR, 2. 5B casa su strada privata a Villas del Caribe in Calle 4 tra 30 e 35 Aves.
Parcheggia il tuo noleggio o scooter sulla strada privata sicura o nel posto auto coperto. A soli 6 isolati e una breve passeggiata di 10 minuti dalla piazza centrale e dal traghetto per Playa del Carmen. Eccellenti ristoranti da quelli economici a quelli da gourmet raggiungibili a piedi, oppure cammina per mezzo isolato fino alla 30a strada e prendi un taxi in un attimo. 2 supermercati, negozio di liquori e lavanderia a gettoni proprio dietro l'angolo. Cucina completa, 2 frigoriferi, distributori di acqua in bottiglia calda e fredda. Acqua pressurizzata standard USA nelle docce. Clean, spacious, comfortable 3 bedrooms, colorful local artwork, big kitchen. The owner and host were very accommodating, and were easy to reach for any last minute questions or island recommendations. We enjoyed staying in the residential neighborhood, which was quiet and felt safe. We plan to stay again, and recommend to others traveling in a group.

House was clean, comfortable and located in-town. Description of the property is a little misleading. There is a small dipping pool on the roof, but access is up a very, small spiral staircase...not easy for the older generation. The listing included a "hot tub" but we didn't find one on the property. This is located in a residential area so understand there are "noisy neighbors". Entrance to the property is more of an alley and at times can be very narrow with cars parked in front of the different units. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The accommodation was exactly what you need. Great eating establishments nearby. Market just a 10 minute walk. The best thing after a long day and long flight and issues with car rental it was so refreshing to have our host waiting for us as we arrived. 👏👏🙏👍😀😀

After staying at this property I have to say that the owner and the property manager were super nice and very very helpful. I appreciated them taking care of any issues that came up and also just helping with recommendations around the island. However, there were a couple things that I would say need improvement. The house itself needs some major upgrades. (Mostly in the rooms) There is lots of work that need to be done in the bathrooms and bedrooms. All of the bedrooms had very very hard beds which didn’t make for the best sleep. The area is awesome IF this is not your first time coming to the Cozumel and you want to have more of a local experience. It is not far from the beach and restaurants etc I would say about a 30-45 minute walk one way. (Again more in the local neighborhood.)
