Location. Close to shops and beach.
Plenty of utensils/crockery.
Comfortable rooms.
Recently decorated.
Sunny garden.
Major issues with cleaning. Had to contact owner who sent round the housekeeper.
Washing machine in downstairs toilet under stairs. Didnt know it was there until we were leaving. Booking.com states no washing machine. Needs signage.

Nothing about the property. But the location!! Probably a quarter of a mile from the nearest NCP - parking being 100% impossible close to the property.
