For the two of staying it was good size and layout. The bedroom was peaceful and quiet and the bed very comfortable.
Only minor issue was the shower tricky to close properly.

Great location for the contract I was on.
CCTV outside & inside communal parts of the building.
Comfortable bed & the apartment was clean & not too much noise from outside.
Bus stop across the road straight into Birmingham city centre.
Great pub/Indian restaurant across the road - the most friendliest landlord and landlady, staff & customers - they were recommended by the hosts.
If I was being picky there’s no dish washer - apart from that it’s a good place to stay.

Instructions from the host were very clear. Property was clean and spacious with tea and coffee provided. Across the road is a very good grill.
A fairly long walk from the train station and not many amenities other than the excellent grill across the road. Nevertheless a good location if on foot and an excellent location if you have transport

Location was good for us as we wanted somewhere reasonably close to Birmingham New Street station & accessible to the Midlands Arts Centre. Price was reasonable
It was a shame that the kitchen lacked an oven, particularly as the owners have found space for a washing machine (which I would say is less useful or necessary for a short stay). The area isn't sulubrious and inside the flat is generally a bit tired. The bed & pillows are very soft and so uncomfortable for us
