Beautiful Oceanfront Corner Unit
# 240 è uno dei top 1 camera da letto, unità di fine, condomini noleggio a Sugar Beach Resort, che è uno dei migliori resort designazioni di Maui. Considerare stare con noi per i seguenti motivi:
1) Proprietà Oceanfront - Viste spettacolari lungo la costa spiaggia più a sud, fino alla Pu'u (cono di scorie) di Makena. E, naturalmente, la mente che soffia tramonti ...
2) Unità End - Si tratta di una unità di fine, che è più grande rispetto alla maggior parte di 1 camere da letto a Sugar Beach Resort. La finestra laterale nella zona giorno offre una splendida vista verso il basso il litorale, oltre a fornire luce e ventilazione. La doccia in una unità di fine ha anche luce e ventilazione. Un'aggiunta sottile, ma molto bello. Inoltre, una unità di fine non ha passerella pubblica fuori dalla finestra della camera. Questo è molto confortante.
3) I nuovi proprietari - professionalmente ristrutturato e ben arredato nel 2015. Elegantemente e casualmente nominato, con opere d'arte locali Hawaiin di ispirazione e moderni elettrodomestici e infissi.
4) 2 ° unità piano - Essendo al secondo piano crea una connessione per la spiaggia e le onde che si infrangono, ma fornisce la sicurezza e la privacy di essere un piano alto. Il secondo piano, alla fine, consente inoltre un facile accesso alla spiaggia o per la vostra auto nel parcheggio.
5) Sugar Beach Resort - Sugar Beach Resort si trova su una spiaggia lunga 4. 5 miglia dove si può giocare in acqua, sole sulla spiaggia, guardare le balene e osservare la canoa outrigger club di canottaggio locale. Questo altamente desiderati Resort dispone di un parcheggio gratuito, connessione internet ad alta velocità, Wi-Fi e un posto in loco per prenotare attività di vacanza. We enjoyed our short 4 night stay in this unit! Beautiful ocean front view. Just as pictured. Comfortable, clean, Kitchen stocked with the basic necessities, home away from home. There was also a white binder in the living room with information about the rental, resort, and emergency protocols.Easy check-in & checkout process. As a sleep number owner with back injuries, I was pleased with the bed. The mattress topper was great & made the bed very comfortable. The owner let us know the bathroom/shower exhaust fan would be out of order during our stay, it did not affect our stay in anyway.2 full sets of bath towels & 2 beach towels were available if needed. Washer & dryer worked great.Only used the dishwasher upon leaving but it seemed to be working fine.The unit has 2 beach chairs and an umbrella, a deck of cards, Scrabble board game, and a beach paddle ball game set.We loved the sound of the crashing waves, especially at night. Peaceful. Quiet hours from 10pm-7am. The resort has a bar. I didn't realize it til our 3rd night when I went to Dina's to pick up a salad. It closes at 11pm unless it's a slow night. The drink special was a tequila sunrise for 5.50 Memorial Day weekend 2026. 5.50!!! That's a great special. Highly recommend you stop in during your stay. Perfect proximity to EVERYTHING MAUI has to offer. Location, location, location! 15-20 min to the airport. 5-10 min to Wailea. 15-20 min to Lahina. 25-30 min to the start of Road to Hana.

The location can’t be beat! We had such a beautiful stretch of beach right outside. Perfect for everyday morning walks. Condo is located close to so much to do and eat, which was really nice.

We loved this ocean front condo. It was clean, comfortable & in a great location for us in a quiet area of North Kihei. Walking 5 miles on beautiful Sugar Beach in the mornings was magical! During our stay, a Kona Low storm hit the island with Kihei taking the worst hit. I can’t say enough great things about John , our VRBO host, who went above and beyond to help us. He was available and in touch when we needed it & brought supplies when we were unable to get them ourselves. Thank you John! You are a kind & compassionate man and will forever be a part of our Maui adventure.

Great location! Comfy bed. Lots of amenities in the kitchen and stuff for the beach.
