Questo appartamento di nuova costruzione vanta un ampio spazio aperto che comprende un letto matrimoniale, una cucina completamente attrezzata e una zona soggiorno con camino a gas. C'è una cabina armadio separata e un bagno completo. Il divano si estrae con un letto matrimoniale e abbiamo anche un materasso ad aria. L'appartamento si trova sopra il garage di una casa residenziale, separato dalla casa con ingresso indipendente e parcheggio assegnato. This sweet studio was quiet and in a walkable safe neighborhood. Very close the Ballard where the Sunday Market is. Fully equipped kitchen and easy to operate appliances. Water pressure in the shower was fine and the bed was very comfortable. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you Jackie for making my stay easy and comfortable.

I like the place, however, I think this place needs some deep cleaning. Bed sheets had dog hair, AC filter was exposed and showed a lot of dust. Some of the kitchen pans were dirty, had to rewash everything before using.

This was a great getaway spot. We traveled for both work and pleasure. Easy to get to many downtown locations without the hassel of being downtown. Quiet neighborhood with multiple restaurants within walking distance. Gas fireplace and A/C so comfortable year round.

For what we needed, the studio was perfect. Parked for the weekend, accessible transit close by to get down to the main sights. Comfortable beds and great to have facilities for breakfast & chill out after a long day out & about in the city. Able to walk to a grocery store for supplies & some restaurants close by to walk to for dinner.

Quiet and comfortable! Owners were quick to respond to questions. This rental included everything we needed- bonus that it had a washer/dryer… we got caught in a downpour more than once!

The parking is great and the accomodations comfy. You will need to negotiate a steep flight of stairs. The studio is nice but needs a very deep clean and repair/refreshing.

This accommodation was perfect for two people. Had everything you needed and was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Only negative it is it is quite a ways from the city approximately a $30 taxi/uber each way. But a great little pub at the end of the block and groceries nearby.

Property was well laid out and functional but could really benefit from some TLC. Chipped walls, dated/old small appliances, and bathroom fixtures all took away from what could be a superior spot. Nearby services of any type were extremely limited.

Wouldn’t be my first recommendation.
Stayed here for a wedding with my girlfriend and another couple. The place is complicated to get into with multiple entryways and tenants living in the building. One tenant was displeased with us for not understanding how to properly enter the unit the first night, telling me that we were supposed to park and enter in from the alleyway. Apparently we parked there incorrectly as well because he made sure to let us know on our checkout day. The property manager wasn’t flexible with check in times which I can understand but just be aware if you need to get in earlier than 3 PM. Also the sofa bed didn’t have any sheets or blankets available anywhere that we could find. All together, the place is fine if you just need somewhere to sleep but this wouldn’t be the first place I’d recommend for an ideal stay, especially for the price.

This over-the-garage apartment was clean and perfectly suited for all the things my husband and I needed. The location was perfect in the quaint little neighborhood of Magnolia. There is even a peek view of the Sound from the little cafe table in the apartment. Walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. The only negative was the bed. Very noisy when you get in and out and sleeping. Maybe needs a piece of plywood under the mattress. Mattress tacos a bit as well. Great restaurants and market nearby.

We would have to think hard about going back there if they have not replaced it, it felt like we were rolling together in the middle. We have a 6 year old traditional mattress at home that is much better then what's in that studio.

Had a great two weeks with perfect weather. Very nice accommodations in a perfect location. Close to bus route, downtown and our son who we were visiting. Nathan and Jacque were very responsive and helpful. We would certainly like to stay here again.
