Southside A building, steps from beach & pool…clean & comfy
Il nostro condominio al primo piano è a pochi passi dalla piscina o dalla spiaggia. Abbiamo appena installato di recente tutti i nuovi pavimenti dell'intero condominio, i nuovi ventilatori a soffitto aggiornati .....
La camera da letto ha un materasso queen size aggiornato ed è molto confortevole. C'è anche una piccola vanità per il trucco in camera da letto con una sedia.
Abbiamo una TV da 50 "nel soggiorno / angolo cottura, insieme a un tavolo da pranzo con 4 sedie. Questo condominio ha una lavastoviglie. Abbiamo tutte le necessità in cucina come tostapane, frullatore, macchina per il caffè (rende sia normale che k tazze), ecc.
All'arrivo c'è un set di asciugamani di avviamento (6 set) anche ci saranno fogli per tutti i letti. Per voi convenienza c'è un servizio di lavanderia con carta intelligente un paio di porte in fondo al corridoio (forniamo la carta. Per aggiungere denaro alla carta devi andare all'edificio principale sulla sinistra quando entri nel resort.
Abbiamo fornito sedie da spiaggia per la vostra comodità, è sufficiente portare gli asciugamani da spiaggia!
C'è un balcone privato dove abbiamo un paio di sedie Adirondack ...... è un ottimo posto per sedersi e gustare un drink .... Dal balcone sul parcheggio c'è un'area picnic con tavoli e grigliate ...
I noleggi di biciclette si trovano sulla proprietà. Si trovano nella proprietà appena fuori il cancello di sicurezza.
Alcuni dei nostri posti preferiti per cenare ..... Mixx on Main, Pomodoro, Catch 22, Reilley's (dove tutti conoscono il nostro nome), Bella Italia, Crazy Crab (North End), Old Oyster Factory, Wise Guys .... Ci sono infinite possibilità di ristorazione sull'isola con oltre 220 tra cui scegliere ....
Durante i mesi estivi il martedì c'è uno spettacolo di fuochi d'artificio a Shelter Cove, che è vicino ....
Island Explorers ha diversi tour in barca tra cui scegliere, il martedì i fuochi d'artificio sono uno di questi! I tour partono dal molo di Old Oyster Factory su Marshland Road.
Hanno una crociera di fuochi artificiali il martedì in modo da poter combattere il traffico e guardare dall'acqua!

This place was perfect for me. A family with two children could easily and comfortably vacation here.Access to the unit from the parking lot is easy, especially if you park to the left of the building (facing the ocean). Getting to the beach was easier than I anticipated; it’s just a short walk across the marshland via a well-maintained dock, and the beach itself is spectacular. The sunrises are a must-watch, and you'll usually see small groups gathering to enjoy them.This one-bedroom unit is clean, well-kept, and fully stocked with basic necessities. The kitchen size is adequate for the space and includes all the appliances as advertised and more. Washers and dryers are available for guests on the same floor. Booking and communicating with the host was easy. The moment I booked, I received an info packet with car pass info, unit access code, and Wi-Fi password. The host is quick to respond; I used text, which worked perfectly.As for amenities, the pool feels like 2 Olympic pools combined with a separate toddler pool and lots of lounge chairs. There’s also an elevated food/full bar area right next to it. The front building also has a restaurant/bar with multiple TV screens and outside seating for live music. I also noticed bicycles that appeared to be for public use, so if you're thinking of bringing your own, definitely ask the host before bringing your own!The Resort is guarded with 24-hr security.Highly recommended!

The property was clean. Bed was OK...nothing like home. Small with a 32" TV. The hanging blinds over the balcony... closure rod is disconnected. Blinds DO NOT close tight so we had to watch the tv in the dark or be in a fishbowl on the 1st floor.I searched for water front, water view...somehow we ended up looking at a parking lot.How this place got such a high rating with "exceptional", I'll never understand. "Expensive and Adequate" would better describe it. Never heard of a place where you had to empty all your trash baskets and take with you. (10.00 for any unemptied bin), plus 25.00 to wash off sandy toys at the beach shower...whaaaat?Host was responsive during rental booking. Won't be back. Rented way nice for less.
